A/N: I'm aware that a lot of people don't celebrate Christmas, so in this story, Y/n won't celebrate Christmas directly. However, she will attend Christmas things. I hope that makes sense LMAOAO

"Hey, Ray. You see people, right?" Y/n closed her book and placed it on her lap.
He raised his head and looked over at her. "Pardon?"
She rolled her eyes and sighed, kicking her feet off of the couch so they'd touch the hardwood floors of her living room. "Like, you see people for more than their appearances. Right?"
"Oh, sure, I guess so. Why do you ask?" He questioned.
"Well, if you see everyone past their appearances, how do you see me?" She clasped her hands together and smiled.
"I see you as a stupid and stubborn girl." He scoffed.
She frowned and crossed her arms. "You're such a dick."
"No, I'm just honest. You're annoying, too."
"How so?"
He shrugged his shoulders. "You don't shut up, you've always got an opinion on everything."
"I'm pretty sure everyone has an opinion on things, whether they speak it or not. I choose to speak, most of the time." She chewed on her cheek.
"You only choose to speak when you're around Emma, Norman, and me."
Before Y/n could speak, Norman interjected. "Actually, I couldn't help but notice that she's become more social over the past 4 months." He raised his index finger.
Ray looked at his white-haired friend, then back at the girl. "I guess she has, hasn't she?" He smirked.
She looked at Norman and tilted her head. "Have I really?"
Norman nodded.
"Huh, now that I think about it... I guess I sort of did become more social."
"Maybe you'll finally get a boyfriend now." Emma slid close to her friend and nudged her with her elbow, winking and making a smug face.
