Third Person POV
Wilbur has always loved music, when he was alive he was in multiple bands. Most had broken up, but he still treasured those memories.

Music was a big part of Wilburs being, it was there for him when no one else was. He played when he was happy, stressed, sad, or scared. Which is why he is playing right now.

After Wilbur was informed of Ranboo and his malevolent moments, he went straight to tubbos room, where Ranboo was, grabbed his guitar, glared at Ranboo, and went to the living room. He played to try and ease the pain and guilt of not being there for Tommy. He could've been seriously hurt and Wilbur wouldn't have known.

He let out his sadness, anger, pain, and guilt with one of the songs he wrote when he was alive. He couldn't tell if it was 'Saline Solutions' or 'I'm Sorry Boris'. Either way, the entire house heard it and left him alone, except Tommy.

Tommy went to the living room when he heard Wilbur playing. He knew Wilbur played when he's emotional and wanted to be there for him. He didn't talk to Wilbur, no he just sat and listened to Wilbur play. It was a somber song, but he still listened as Wilbur let out his emotions.

This is what made Wilbur form a bond with Tommy. Techno and Phil had already done this for the boy. Phil formed a bond with Tommy in the bathroom back in the beginning days of their arrival. Techno formed a bond while watching Tommy play Minecraft, before proposing we share how we died to him.

Wilbur formed a bond with tubbo after catching him try to play the guitar, but didn't have a bond with Tommy, same way as techno didn't have a bond with tubbo. Phil, of course, bonded with tubbo after watching him for a bit, he's a father through and through.

What is a bond? Well it's simple, it's like an attachment, such as tubbo and Ranboos case, except their bond is over a common object.

The bond Phil, Techno, and now Wilbur formed was a bond only formed over experiences. They have to go through something and the ghost has to accept that they care for the human to form this bond.

Not saying that techno doesn't care about tubbo, he does- deep down, but they haven't had an experience that techno can form a bond with tubbo yet. Same way as Wilbur hasn't had an experience until now with Tommy.

When he's done playing the song, Tommy quietly claps, wanting to cheer Wilbur up. Wilbur smiles at this and started to strum random cords and calm down, Tommy with him the whole time.

After a couple minutes, Wilbur stops and thanks Tommy, but Tommy just smiles. Tommy starts to remind Wilbur of one his friends from back when he was alive, and gets a sad feeling of nostalgia from it. He gives Tommy a sad smile, sets the guitar aside, and sighs.

Phil was watching the whole interaction and was happy when he felt another bond form with the boy. He knew that Tommy was more then likely sad about the new arrival, especially not being able to be near him, and in turn not allowed near tubbo.

Not that tubbo noticed.

That put a damper to Phil's mood, tubbo was being dismissive to Tommy's actions. Loud, talkative Tommy hasn't talked much since ranboos arrival. Don't get Phil wrong, he could understand why, he just found out a ghost has been following him around and that he's a medium, meaning he could summon more ghosts. But he lives with Tommy just as Phil, techno, and Wilbur do, so why hasn't he done anything?

Tubbo internally frowned. Of course he's noticed the lack of loud Tommy, but he just found out a whole new side to him. He can only focus on so many things, surely Tommy will understand. Plus this could help Tommy figure out how to help Ranboo, by talking to Ranboo more.

That doesn't mean he wants to ignore Tommy. He doesn't want Tommy to be upset with him, but he also wants Tommy and Ranboo to be friends, so he needs to understand him. This will help both Tommy and tubbo in the end.

At least, that's what tubbo keeps telling himself as he continues his conversation with Ranboo.
