Third Person POV
Whenever Tommy and Tubbo get back from Tescos, the store they went to, it is dinner time.
They decide to eat before messing with the spirit box. Neither felt like cooking so they once again ordered takeaway.

When it arrives they both got to eating, Tubbo in much more of a hurry than Tommy, he really just wanted to play with the box. Tommy took his time, starting to feel the suspense of the spirit box, for if they do somehow hear ghosts, that'll change his whole world, everything he believes in. The idea scares him. But he wants Tubbo to be happy, so he's willing to put his fear behind for the boy.

After they finish, tubbo runs to get the spirit box, Tommy waiting in the living room. The rooms in the house always felt cold to Tommy, but he always assumed it was a window. Now, the room is freezing, no window could cause this, but ghost aren't real.

Tubbo arrives, box in hand, and sets it in front of them on the coffee table. "Okay so when I press the button, the loud static will start to play, just try to talk over it", Tubbo informs Tommy. Tommy nods and mutters something about how it's stupid to talk to nothing. Which is kinda ironic when all he does for a living is talk to a computer for hours on end.

When tubbo presses the button, the static starts, scaring Tommy once again. "Is there anyone there?", Tubbo asks loudly. "I doubt we'll get answer-", Tommy starts to say only to be interrupted by the box. "Hello", is what interrupted him, it a voice neither of the boys recognized. Both their eyes widen for different reasons, Tubbo was excited that a ghost just talked to him, and Tommy was shocked that it actually worked. There was a ghost talking to them.

"Hello", Tubbo responds cheerfully with. Tommy, was still shock, so he didn't say a response to the ghost, "Holy shit", he whispers. Tubbo didn't hear Tommy because of the static and decided to ask questions to their new ghostly friend. "Do you have a name?", Tubbo asked.

"I'm Wilbur", the voice from the box states. Tubbo is shaking and neither know if it's from fear or excitement. Tommy scoffs in amazement. Ghosts are real.

"How'd you die?", Tommy asks bluntly, only thinking about what he said a few moments later, his eyes widening. "Tommy! That's a sensitive topic!", Tubbo exclaimed. He was about to go on a tangent about ghost etiquette, when they get interrupted by the box, "Fire.", is all the box says, the tone giving off an end of discussions vibe.

Tommy links the past fire with the father and two son , to this fellow who has died in a fire. Maybe he was one of the sons? Tommy thinks.

"Do you have your family with you?", Tubbo asks, apparently also linking the lines.

Over to the ghostly veil, Wilbur doesn't know what to say. He thought he sounded final with the word.. fire. He didn't want to talk about the fire that killed his entire family. But he also didn't want to die knowing people never knew what actually happened. So he answers the boy. "Yes, father and brother".

Tubbo is happy that the ghost isn't alone in the afterlife, but sad that it means he probably is one of the sons that dies in the fire, along with the father and other son. Tommy too is upset about the ghost, so he tries to change the subject, "Do you own the sword, or are you to music boy", he asks, kind of hoping for the sword dude.

"I play guitar, brother does fencing", Wilbur decides to tell them a bit. Not too much, because he didn't have his brothers permission to expose him to the pair of boys.

"Does your brother have a name?", Tubbo asks, the ghost only referring to his family by brother or father, not by name.

After a silence, the boys assume, Wilbur doesn't want to answer, and they move on. "How long have you been here?", Tubbo asks, hoping this time Wilbur would answer. "5 years", a new voice said. Tubbo gasped, he didn't think someone else would answer.

The new voice is the father, who knew Wilbur didn't want to answer anymore questions, sulking about the fire that happened five years ago. "Who is talking now?", Tommy asked.

"The name is Phil", the ghost 'Phil' tells the boys. Then a crash is heard and the box stops working. Tubbos face contorts into confusion, trying to turn the box back on, but not working. The whole ordeal scared Tommy and he decided to go to the restroom.

Tommy's POV
I retreat to the restroom for a moment. I just needed a moment to think. Ghosts are real. And I've talked to two of them.

I run my fingers through my hair, and I start to pace in front of the mirror. I was freaking out, but trying to calm down before it became an unreasonable amount of time to be in the restroom. I stop pacing and turn on the sink, splashing water on my face. I look up at the mirror, only to see someone behind me. I yell in surprise, because I ain't no pussy, I don't scream in fear. I turn around and the man is still there.

The man, is clearly an adult, in comfortable cloths; a green sweater with a gray jacket over it, gray khaki pants, no shoes but socks on. Along with a shadow of the hat I found in the wardrobe in my room.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door, I couldn't have been in here that long could I have been? "Tommy, I heard you yell, are you okay", Tubbo asks from the other side of the door.

I look at the door, then look back at the man, only to see he's not there. I slowly go to open the door, to have Tubbo look at me with worried eyes. I tell everything's fine, that I'm fine. He still looks worried though.

We decide to sleep in the living room, I say it's for tubbos sake, but in reality, I don't think I can sleep by myself tonight after what just happened. We play and movie and slowly drift to sleep.

"Night Tommy".

"Goodnight Tubbo".
