"No one can know," Del reminded James as he placed a kiss on the underside of her jaw. "We have to keep it a secret. From everyone. At least until graduation."

"That's not for another two months," he reminded her, placing a kiss on the edge of her lips. "How am I supposed to resist touching you everytime I see you?"

"I'll wear baggy clothing."

"You look hot in anything."

"This was never an issue before."

"I certainly thought about it," he informed her and she rolled her eyes. "But I would never touch a girl without consent."

"You have consent now to touch me as long as no one else is in the room," she replied simply.

He pulled away for a moment, scanning her face, "You can say no. I don't want you to think-"

"James," she interrupted, placing her hand on the side of his face. She leaned up so that she was closer to him, "I'm saying yes." He smiled at her before leaning down and kissing her.

James has become quite the gentlemen when it came to consent and Del appreciated it more than anything.

He was fully aware that throughout the entirety of Axel's relationship, she was coerced into doing anything she had done with the Slytherin and he wanted to make sure she didn't think he was trying to take advantage of her.

He also came to his own conclusion that her mother would make requests that she accompany certain guests when they deemed it fit. Apparently she had let some things slip around him and he figured it out.

While the boy was one of the most unobservant people she had ever met, he was quite the detective.

James was constantly asking her if something was okay or if she was comfortable with where things were heading. Which, if she were being completely honest, had been far more sexy than anything any of the other men she had been with had said or done.

"If we're keeping this a secret, we may want to stop soon," James suggested as he placed a kiss on her collarbone, sucking gently before moving further down. Her back arched upward, logging to get closer to the boy. "They'll be here soon."

She was so beyond tempted to protest but she knew that he was right. They would be here any minute and to be caught so soon and in such a compromising position would have been extremely unfortunate. And Sirius would have been pissed.

Del let out a playful groan but placed her hands on his chest, "Merlin, you're right. And I hate it."

"Because you agree with me or because you don't want to stop?" he mused, a slight smirk on his face.

"Both," she replied, placing a quick kiss on his lips. She slipped out from under him and stood up, "I'm going to leave, circle the floor a few times before returning. Hopefully someone will be here by then."

"Or you could just stay."

"As much as I would love that-" she began, gesturing to her neck as well as her chest. "-I have a mess to clean up because you couldn't keep your hands to yourself."

"Hey, you came on to me, not the other way around."

She rolled her eyes before placing another kiss on his lips and starting toward the door, "I'll see you in a few."

Eventually Del made her way back to the room and everyone was there. All except one person.

"Who are we waiting for?" Peter inquired.

"Just wait," Del said in reply and eventually the door opened once more.

"What is she doing here?" Sirius inquired as he watched Carina enter the room.
