There she sat, as still as a statue, as calm as a warm spring day. Four walls of water surrounded her on every side. She felt the grainy bottom of the ocean floor while contemplating her situation.

Her eyes opened.

She watched the fish swimming in the walls of water, the rest of the ocean. 'So carefree' she thought. If only her life could be that peaceful. If only this power hadn't restricted her happiness. If only she could have her life back.

She stood.

An action that required far too much energy for her liking. She had used enough chakra already, spreading the ocean so she could have her quiet time. She was exhausted. If she didn't leave soon her body would stop obeying her and the walls would cave in and crush her. Her eyes drifted upward towards the sky that seemed impossibly far away from her position on the ocean floor. With each second that passed she could feel herself becoming weaker.

She ascended.

Her body lifted weightlessly upwards as if she was in space, her hair and dress lifting slightly and flowing in an invisible breeze. The moment her feet lifted off of the ground she could feel the strain of her already overused power. She finally reached the surface and with a deep exhale the ocean returned to its proper place. "I'll see you tomorrow."
