Everyone Hates Me

Libbys POV

I had just got into a taxi and was on my way to my house where I would tell my mother about my baby.

She was protective of me before so I wouldn't be surprised if she made me and Taylor break up and never let me out of the house again!

Half an hour passed and we soon pulled up to my house. I payed the driver then rolled my suitcase up the pathway. I opened the front door and walked in to find my mum on the couch drinking a glass of wine with her friend Anne sat opposite her.

"Libby! What are you doing here? You only left yesterday!" She gasped.

"Mum I have to tell you something." I mumbled. "It's really important." I added.

"We will be right back Anne." She smiled at her friend before taking me upstairs to my bedroom.

"The reason I am back here so early is because I found something out." I sighed sitting on the bed.

"Well... what is it?" She asked sitting next to me.

"I- I don't know how to say it." I admitted.

"Please just say it! You are worrying me." She gushed.

"I'm pregnant." I blurted and looked at my hands in my lap.

"I'm sorry what?!" Mum gasped.

"When you spent the week away with work and I went to Taylors he got me pregnant. Before you say anything I am keeping it. I will not let anyone touch him or her in the wrong way." I explained avoiding eye contact.

"Get out." She spat. I looked up at her and saw disgust all over her face.

"What?" I choked.

"Pack up and get out. I don't want you here. You are a disgrace to the family name." She spat again before storming out of the room.

I instantly burst into tears. My own mother hates me. My brother my boyfriend and now my mother all want nothing to do with the baby!

I packed up as much as I could leaving behind the odd bit of jewellery or pair of shoes. I took all of the bags and suitcases downstairs and looked at my mother.

"I'm going now." I sighed.

"Where?"

"I don't know probably to Kristens until I sort something else out." I thought.

"Okay well as long as you aren't here!" She scoffed.

I sunk my head and picked my bags up. She followed me to the door and quickly slammed it shut. I pulled out my phone and dialled Kristen.

(Kristen -bold Libby - italics)

"Hey Libby! Aren't you in Spain right now?"

"Kristen I need to come over. I flew back this morning. Something has happened and Mum kicked me out."

"I have unlocked the front door I will be in my room."

"Okay I'm on my way. See you soon."

I put my phone down and started the short walk to her house.

I got there within 5 minutes.

I opened the door and carried my luggage up to her bedroom. As soon as I got in the door I collapsed into tears.

"What is wrong Hunny?" She soothed.

"I'm pregnant and everyone hates me because of it." I sobbed.

"You are kidding right?!" She gasped and I looked at her. "Oh my Libs! What did Taylor say?"

"He wants nothing to do with it. I am 17 and I am going to be a single mum. What do I do?!" I cried on her shoulder.

"You will not be a single mum! He is shocked and confused. Do you remember when your Mum told us the story about your Dad leaving her when she told him about Cam?!" She reminded me.

"Yeah and now he is off with some blonde bimbo in Ibiza." I retorted.

"Okay that wasn't the best example to use. What about my parents! My mum had no one when she had me but now my parents are married and I see my grandparents regularly." She tried again.

"You know that he is your step dad! There is a reason he has a different surname and why you call him Adam and not Dad." I replied.

"My point is that my mum is happily married and she made up with her mum before I was even born! You have so many people who love you and will love your baby! It is a shock but it is a good one! I can't wait to see him or her running around and playing with their dad" she said putting emphasis on 'with their dad'.

"Can I stay here for a while? Until I sort something out?" I sniffed.

"Of course! Stay as long as you need. You can go into the guest bedroom which is basically your room anyway!" She laughed as I took my things to the room opposite.

"I think I'm going to go to bed because I have had a long day and I am really tired." I explained.

"Go for it. I will wake you up for dinner." She smiled before shutting my door. I got under the covers and closed my eyes pushing away all of the drama.
