A New Beginning

*TWO WEEKS LATER*

Taylor POV

I was back in Indiana and I was thinking about Libby. I mean, I have a career and a reputation to keep up and a baby would ruin that! I sound like a horrible person right now but it is for the best.

I'm not sure if we are together or not but if we are then it has to end!

Libbys POV

I was looking for a flat when I got a text. It was from Taylor!

Need to talk. Next MAGCON is in a few days. Talk then.

Wow. Way to be blunt!

I went into Kristen and showed her the message.

"Maybe he wants to be part of the baby's life!" She half smiled.

"I don't think so somehow." I mumbled flopping onto her bed. "It's going to be bad. I know it."

"Where are you in your relationship?" She asked.

"I don't even know. I want to be with him but I also don't want to at the same time. My life is so confusing!" I sighed.

"MAGCON is in two days so talk to him then." She smiled "Have you found an apartment?" She asked.

"I found one but it's not an apartment it's a loft." I told her. She got my laptop and brought it to me.

I pulled up the picture of the loft and she gasped.

"It looks great!" She told me. "Where is it?"

"About 10 minutes away. In the opposite direction of my mum's house!" I informed her.

"Call them and book an appointment for tomorrow. I will come with you and you can decide." She told me so I pulled my phone out of my pocked and dialed the number on the bottom of the page.

"Hello!"

"Hi! I'm Libby and I'm calling about the loft on West Street."

"Oh great! You are the first person to show an interest in it! Would you like to come over to see it?"

"Yeah is tomorrow okay because I am away for a few days after tomorrow and my friend would like to come with me?"

"Tomorrow is perfect. How about 11:30?"

"That's great! I will be there!"

"See you tomorrow! Bye!"

"Goodbye!"

Looks like I'm looking at a new loft tomorrow!

*The Next Day*

It was 11:15 and Kristen and I were just getting in the car to go see the loft. I was actually really excited. I always wanted to move out. Not because I didn't like living at home but I love the feeling of independence and living on my own will give me a lot of it!

It didn't take long to get to the loft and the area looked nice. There was a field next to the building and a park across from that.

We walked up to the building and saw a woman inside. She was probably in her early 30's. Her hair was pulled into a tight bun and she had light make up done. Her grey suit fitted her slim body and matched her ballet pumps.

"Hi I'm Stella. We spoke on the phone yesterday. You must be Libby!" She smiled.

"Hi! Yeah I am. And this is my best friend Kristen." I replied as she shook mine and Kristens hands.

"Let's go up and see what you think!" Stella beamed and led us up a large wooden staircase. She opened the door and I gasped when I saw the inside.

There was wooden floor in the whole place and brown furniture which actually went well with the rest of the place.

We walked in and I noticed wooden beams going along the top of the loft.

She let Kristen and I wonder around and we went upstairs. It was absolutely beautiful! There was a king size bed on one side of the staircase with a closet on the other side.

"This is perfect! There is enough space for you and look, you could put little ones crib next to your bed!" Kristen gushed.

"Oh are you pregnant?!" Stella smiled at me.

"Yeah about 4 weeks." I smiled back.

"Well congratulations. There is a lot of space for 3 of you!" She informed me.

"Err two of us actually. Just me and baby." I half smiled.

"Oh sorry." She frowned slightly.

"Anyway I think you should take it!" Kristen changed the subject.

"I think so too." I agreed looking at Stella.

"Well you said about going away for a few days didn't you?"

"Yes. I'm a youtuber and I am going to a meet and greet but it is only the one show and I'm not going to be staying there for the extra days." I informed her.

"Okay well you could either buy it now or when you get back."

"I want to buy it now. I don't want anyone else getting it whilst I'm gone!" I confirmed and she smiled.

"Great! You just need to sign the papers and set up your account so we can take out the payments then you can have the key and the place is yours!" She told me as we went down the stairs and into the kitchen area.

She pulled out some paperwork and handed it to me along with a pen.

After about 30 minutes of paperwork we were done and Stella handed me the key.

"If you need anything you have my number but I will be off now. Good luck with your baby and the new home!" She smiled before going down the stairs and into the car park below to her car.

"You have a home! A place to live without my mum's cooking!" Kristen beamed in excitement.

"Yeah! It's a new beginning!" I sighed looking around the place.
