The Silent Treatment

Libbys POV

After thinking about Cam for a little while I decided to give him some time to think. I phoned Taylor and asked him if I could stay with him for a little while and he was willing to take me in.

I packed a suitcase and booked a last minute ticket to Indiana where Tay would come and get me.

His parents were away in business until after Magcon so he said it was okay for me to stay.

I looked around my room making sure I had everything before picking up a piece of paper and pen and writing a note to Cam telling him where I am.

I picked up my suitcase so it didn't make a sound before creeping out of my room and out of the house. I called a taxi which drove me to the airport.

I got my suitcase and went to the arrival area to find Taylor. After a couple of minutes of looking, I spotted a tie dye blur in the near distance so I started walking briskly towards the vibrant colours.

As I got closer, I noticed the facial features of my amazing boyfriend so I shouted his name. His head snapped up and a smile formed on his face. He held his arms out to me so I ran to them.

I jumped into his arms and wrapped my legs around his torso as he spun me around.

"I have missed you like crazy!" He mumbled into the crook of my neck.

"I have missed you too!" I replied whilst he planted me back on the ground. I kissed his lips and we both smiled into it. I had missed having his lips on mine.

After a few seconds, someone cleared there throat making I jump apart slightly.

"Oh right! Um Libby, this is Jake. Jake this is my girlfriend Libby." Taylor introduced us.

"Great to finally meet you!" Jake smiled at me.

"Yeah it's good to be able to put a face to a name!" I replied before we left the stuffy airport and went back to Taylor's house.

"Dude your house is huge!" I gasped as we entered Taylor's house.

Jake went wondering off into the house whilst Taylor and I stood in the hallway.

"Do you want me to show you to our room?" He asked me.

"Sure." I agreed as we walked upstairs.

I set my suitcase down on the bed before looking around at the room. It was painted a simple blue bit with minor details which pulled the room together.

"Get changed and we will go to the pool." He smiled at me before leaving the room.

I changed into a pastel pink bikini top with matching bottoms. I put a floral kimono on over the top and slipped on my black sandals before putting my hair up in a messy bun and descending down the stairs to the back garden.

"Hey!" Taylor waved as I sat on one of the sunbeds.

"Hey." I smiled at him and Jake. Damn both of them look fine in swimming trunks!

"Babe I know I am hot as hell but please don't drool on my sunbeds!" Taylor smirked. I smiled sheepishly before closing my eyes and starting to tan.

"You not coming in?" A voice asked startling me.

"Jesus Christ Caniff don't to that!" I put my hand over my heart.

"Come on! Come swimming with us!" He whined but I shook my head. I closed my eyes and laid back down.
