Danny walked into school uncomfortable, everyone was staring at him as he and Jazz walked to Mr. Lancer's class.
"Jazzy, I love you and all, but I'm 14 now, I don't need you to walk me to my classes anymore." Danny hissed to his sister who'd taken up the roll of his school protector.
"I know Danny, but it's just that, you're not completely healed yet, and the doctor did say your limp could get worse if we don't be careful! I'm just making sure that you aren't going to break it!"
Danny rolled his eyes as the five minute warning bell went off, "Ok, Bye Jazzy." She waved him off and he went into the classroom, sitting in the middle row, near the window, easy escape from the other people.
As he zoned out, he started sinking through the desk, not noticing until his view was obscured by the bricks. He let out a small yelp and floated back onto his chair, just as the bell rung.
"Ok Class, today we have a new student. He was out since he was in the hospital for a few days, Daniel, Please introduce yourself." Lancer said as everyone shuffled into their seats.
Danny stood up and faced the class, "Hi, I'm Danny Fenton, yes those fentons, and I like to draw?" He flopped back down in his seat as Lancer asked the class if they had any questions for him.
"I got one!" Paulina shouted, "Why were you in the hospital? Looking for a cure for ugly?" She and her gang laughed, Kwan laughed fakely though.
"Actually, I was trying not to die after being electrocuted." Danny stated casually, as if talking about the weather.
"Wait really?" A goth girl asked, "What did it feel like? Is it a painful way to go?"
Danny nodded, not feeling that comfortable with answering that question, but thankfully Mr.Lancer saved him.
"Ok, enough interrogation, today we will be talking about the Ramayana, a Sanskrit epic about Rama, a godly reincarnation, saving his Wife Sita, also a godly reincarnation, from a demon with an army of Monkeys." Danny zoned out as he doodled what the Ghost Zone looked like from his trip there.
Class ended quickly, but after Danny was cornered by the A-listers.
