After a few weeks Draco began to become more and more depressed. His eyes were darkening by the day but his love for you grew even more everyday. Pansy and Blaise, well how do you put that? Their friendship turned into something more.. you loved seeing Blaise happy but Pansy was getting in the way of yours and Blaise's friendship. Blaise has been your best friend since your breakup and Pansy was always trying to get her nose into it somehow.

Draco was still disappearing into the Room of Requirements now and then. You tried to help but he wasn't having any of it. He was a softy towards you but when people mess with you his anger goes up to the next level. Harry on the other hand  thinks Draco is a death eater, which is true but you're not going to tell him that. You tried to persuade Harry that Draco wasn't a death eater but he didn't believe anything you said. "I promise he's not a death eater, Harry!" You beamed. He stared at you angrily because he knew you were lying. "I don't believe you." He said rolling his eyes. You clenched your fists and walked away. It was around six o'clock so everyone was arriving in the great hall to eat their tea.

You sat down with Blaise and Pansy came over. Draco wasn't there with you and you wondered where he was. Pansy sat down next to Blaise whilst stroking his head and touching his shoulders. "Hehehe Blaise you're so hot!" She admired. You borked and looked away. "You really are obsessed, aren't you?" You laughed
"You really still like Blaise after YOU broke up with him huh?" She replied. You ignored her and turned around to see Draco stood in the middle of the Hall looking towards Harry. He was near the teachers talking to Katie Bell. Draco turned around, ran out and Harry chased after. "Hey, Blaise look at them both! What do you think they're doing?" You said quickly whilst nudging him with your elbow. "I dunno? Go follow them or something?" He said carelessly. You decided to just shrug it off and see later.

The night had come alone and the sky was cloudless. The black lake was dark and slightly foggy. A cold wind chill would come along now and then but it wasn't too harsh. Everyone else were in their common rooms but you decided to have a walk around the castle. Draco still wasn't anywhere to be seen, you started worrying but just told yourself he'll be fine. The corridor ended and had a tall window at the end with a window seat below it. Moonlight was shining into the corridors from all different angles. You perched yourself down on the seat and looked out of the window. After a while, Professor McGonagal came around the corner not looking too happy. She approached you and sighed. "Y/n.. I'm afraid you'll have to come with me." She murmured. You sprang up and your face dropped. "What's going on?!" You said quickly. She sped down the corridor with you following behind her. "Can you please tell me what's going on?!" You yelled. Professor McGonagal ignored you once again and eventually arrived to where we were going, the Hospital Wing.

The hospital Wing was empty apart from one bed that was taken. You looked at the taken bed and realised it was Draco. "Draco.." you whimpered. Professor McGonagal looked at you with sadness then left through the Hospital Wing doors leaving them closed. Draco was asleep facing up towards the ceiling. His body was covered in cuts and large scratches. The blouse he was wearing before was on the bed next to him covered in blood.
"What happened to you?" You whispered to yourself in pain.

Five minutes later Professor Snape strutted in through the doors. You shot up and stared at him. "Can you please explain to me why he's covered in blood?!" You said angrily "Mr Potter used a certain spell on him in the boys bathroom earlier today. Sectumsempta." "What?! I've never heard-"
"You wouldn't have! It's a deadly spell! Draco could of been killed, now if you don't mind I need to check on him." Snape said whilst pushing you out of the way to Draco. "Killed? Why did Harry use this spell?" You asked him.
"I don't.. know, go get some sleep."
"I'm no we're near tired. I'm not leaving him."

Professor Snape ignored as he usually does and strolled out of the wing with his cape following behind him. It was now pitch black outside and most of the fire lamps were out. The hospital Wing wasn't lit but it was bright enough for you to see. You rested your head against the bed that Draco was laying on and closed your eyes. Eventually falling asleep beside Draco.
