So, it was the next day at lunch. I was sitting with Nate, Gabby, and Emma. Emma was like a sister to me! She came to the school in 6th grade , and we've been friends ever since!
I was eating chicken nuggets with macaroni and an apple. Nate was eating tacos and celery, and Gabby was eating pepperoni pizza with a cup of oranges. We all had a can of Mt. Dew Code Red almost everyday of the week.
All of the sudden Lindsay came up to me and said "Hi twerp!" , then took my plate and smashed it in my face! I was so embarrassed and didn't know what to do or say! I stood up and ran to the bathroom. I don't know what my friends did to Lindsay while I was in the bathroom cleaning up the mess she made. I was picking out pieces of macaroni out of my hair.
It was the absolute worst day of the week! Now that I think about it, it was probably the worst week of my life. Lindsay had ruined my life! I never knew what to say to her, because I would be too afraid to say anything!
When I think about it, Nate would always have my back! He would stand up for me even when Gabby or Emma would be too scared of the consequences. Soon did I know that he liked me back!
