Yoon Se Ri

"Yeowangnim, dinner is ready." I heard one of our helpers says behind the door of my room after she knocked, but I didn't answer.

Instead, I continued flipping the recently issued magazine from Elle Korea where my photo was the front page cover, again. Oh my god! Why my cheeks looked so chubby in here? Before the photoshoot happened, I swear to God, I started lessening my rice! And my dress, gosh! It looks like it's going to be ripped off on the side of my waistline!

I let out a frustrating sigh when I heard another knocked behind my door. Oh, please! I really don't want to eat! I don't want to look like an ugly potato when I wake up tomorrow. I have a scheduled photoshoot for Vogue and of course, even though I have 32-24-33 vital statistics, I still want to look sexily gorgeous than slinky.

"May I come in, Agassi?"

Another voice came that made me paused for how many seconds. There's only one person who calls me 'Agassi' in this house. She's Miss Yang. One of our long-time helpers, but she's more of like a mother to me ever since my biological mother left us for another man when I was five.

When did she even get back here in Seoul? I thought she's going to take a one-month vacation? Oh, gosh! I missed her!

Immediately, I stood up from my chair and settled the magazine on top of my study table. I walked towards the door and excitedly opened it wider.

"Miss Yaaaang!" I squealed at her like a five-year-old kid, enveloping my arms around her. "You're back already?"

She gave me a warm smile after I leaned away from our hug. Her palm caressing my arm very fondly.

"Why? You don't want me to come back?" She lightly giggled. Hmm, she looks so blooming. Did she perhaps catch a good man from her vacation?

I gave her a sneering look, pinching my lips together.

"Agassi... I know that look of yours!" She chuckled, crossing her arms on top of her chest.

"What? I didn't say anything." I laughed in between my words.

"Oh, stop it, Agassi. I have nothing to say to humor you." She uttered as she freely went inside my room. "But I bet you're the one who has something to tell me. Aren't you?"

Miss Yang seated at the end side of my bed and tapped her hand beside her thigh, signaling me to sit with her.

I got surprised by my own self when I suddenly felt my cheeks burning and there was something wiggling inside my stomach. Oh my god! Why am I being like this again? I blinked my eyes and shook my head for how many seconds and gulped hard.

I think the tables have now turned.

"Wh-what are you talking about? Uhmm... I... No... I don't." I stuttered, finding myself getting nervous. God! Did she know what happened to me last week? How come?

"Why don't you start telling me what happened to you in Gangnam? Chief Jo told me earlier that you didn't go home that night." She said with so much curiosity.

Err! Chief Jo, the head of our family security has really a mouth of a woman. I already told him not to tell anybody that I didn't go home that night especially to Miss Yang, but he still spills the tea out to her! I know Miss Yang will interrogate me like this when she knows about it.

I hesitantly smiled at her and bowed down my head, trying to hide my red face. Should I tell her?

"Uhm... I... That was just... Nothing, Miss Yang." I answered, still stammering as I walked towards my study table and pulled out the seat.
