It was winter. Snow fell in ivory puffs from the midnight sky, lit by the dull orangish-gold of street lamps. The T-car stormed through the dark street, taillights blazing angry red streaks in the night. The vehicle came to a stop at a large hotel. The team stepped out. Cyborg, considering his metallic disposition, had used his Stone rings to cloak himself. he sported a silver jacket and slacks, a blue tie and dress shirt standing out against the grey of his eyes. Meanwhile, Robin wore a startling white suit, his own crimson shirt but a glimpse against his ivory tie. Tonight, the infamous Boy Wonder didn't sport his traditional domino mask, but a pair of intense black shades, that hid the crisp cerulean of his eyes.

As for Starfire, she wore a halter dress, which was a swirl of toxic green and purple. She wore Tamaranian jewelry, which was in her earrings, headband, and bracelets. Instead of having her scarlet hair down, it was pinned up, letting only neat strands cascade in loose curls at her tan shoulders. Her eyes were done with a smoky silver (courtesy of a not-so-excited Raven), and it brought out her mysterious green eyes rather boldly.

She was stunning, of course, in Robin's eyes.

Beast Boy, however, was a different story. He wore a jet black suit, with swirls of plum, as did his dress shirt, which was vice versa. As the teen heroes stepped into the fancy, grand lobby, Raven stared up at the pale moon, leaning over the balcony rail slightly. She had on a dress with loose, cutout sleeves whose neckline dipped in a gentle scoop. It was an ebony black with navy accents at the cuffs, belt, and hem. A jeweled necklace sat around her neck, matching the tone of her purple eyes. Her cropped, amethyst hair was pulled back, secured with Azarathian jewels. Raven stared out into the night, a bird shield of her shadow colored magic shading her from the snow.

"Something on your mind?" Beast Boy's voice came from behind. He walked up next to her, looking at the midnight city. Raven hummed. She turned and saw his outfit. A smirk danced across her lips as rose dusted her pale cheeks. "Well, well, you do know how to wear a suit. I'm impressed." He laughed quietly. "That may be true, but you're quite the dark angel tonight, Rae." Raven chuckled, her face flushing even more. They stood in quiet for a moment. Then, Beast Boy offered his gloved hand to her. "Pardon the cheesy gesture, but may I have this dance?" Raven grinned, laughing as she placed her fingertips on his. "Of course, goofball."

He pulled her close, his hand resting lightly on her side. They moved as if they were angels, and the surface that the couple danced on were the air of a cloud. Beast Boy spun her out, his arm extending, and  gracefully reeled Raven back in, in which she looked at him in awe and bewilderment. "I never knew you could dance." He smirked. "No one asked."

The changeling kissed the sorceress, and snow sparkled like diamonds, catching in the milky moonlight as the night settled peacefully once more on the city.
