11. Kuldevi temple

Naina (pov):

It has been nearly a month since I came here. I haven't really seen the king from that day onwards and when I accidentally met him he would just ignore me. I'm happy that I can be without him bothering me though. Am I happy? Of course I should. My life is pretty much good with my daily routine etc.

Raighad palace is truly beautiful. Maa sa is really good to me, I really got that motherly love from her after my mother's demise. Now I'm going to see her as she called me. The guard Announced my arrival and I entered.

"Greetings maa sa, how have you been?" I asked and took blessing from her thats when i saw him. He too was there on the other side to me. We just starred at eachother for a moment and I broke our eye contact and smiled at maa sa. I still remember what he said that day to not show my face.

"I am good dear. I have something important to tell you both." She said and turned to him. "You both should go to kuldevi temple to do pooja. Its almost a month you both being married, pooja should not be delayed anymore. So i want you both go to kuldevi temple tomorrow and come back quickly by next day. " after she told aditya turned to see me.

"Okay, choti maa i will complete my work and tomorrow we will go to kuldevi temple and come back quickly. Dont worry." He said while watching me.

"Okay thats good, i will prepare for everything as you have to disguise yourself like commoners. Be ready by early morning tomorrow. You have to go early to come early ok." She told us smiling. I just nodded my head and took my leave to prepare for tomorrow departure.

I have to tell meena and rumi about this. They both are actually worrying about me too much, and angry on the king's behavior. I don't know how this trip to temple will be.

It's still very early in the morning, I'm all ready to go now. I wore the clothes maa sa sent me, they are really simple yet elegant clothes in red and gold color. with minimal jewelry and I'm only going to take rumi with me as the number of people accompany us should be less to keep a low key profile.

When we arrived at the place, everyone are also there vikram bhai, veeru bhai, maa sa and Aditya in simple clothes, except maa sa.

"Greetings bhabi." Vikram and veeru bhai said both in unison. Greetings maa sa , Greetings my king and greetings to you both." As i greeted them all.

"Becareful on your way and take care of yourselfs. After your return we have to do one more important ritual." As maa sa said with a mischevious smile at both of us as we took our blessings, i think i saw aditya ears turning pink. What was that for???

And we started our journey as i seated in carriage with rumi others mounted there horses. We are mostly just 12 members king aditya and veeru bhai, with 3 others moving front leading the way remaining 5 people behind our carriage.

We finally reached the kuldevi temple after 6 hours of journey i think, as its almost noon now. The priest received us and We both performed pooja as per purohit instructions and completed the pooja in 2 hours.

'Aayushmaan bhava' ' suputra prapthi rasthu' the presit blessed us both simultaneously. As aditya glaced at me and i tried hard to not blush at the blessing.

It's a very beautifull temple of goddess Durga on a small mountain. It is situated near the bank of river Krishna.

After completing pooja, we distributed Prasad to all of our people and after meals we again started our journey after some time about 3 o clock. Aditya didn't talked to me even a word upto now. As we are moving on our way to palace.
