Why not me?
The 80's were different then how she remembered them.
Well, she was born after them, and only had her parent's memories of the 80's to please her with that time.
She had only made it the 80's since it had been a few weeks since she had gotten stabbed.
Bucky-The Winter Soldier-had straight up left.
Sam had dropped to his knees when he had heard; almost tears gushing down his face and a painful sob coming out of his mouth.
She couldn't listen; his sobs reminded her of her own when Pietro-
When Pietro died.
She sighs, laying back down on the bed, not caring enough to get up.
Her stab wound looked a lot better.
Loki had been able to heal it.
She runs her hands through her curly hair, sighing softly.
She hadn't heard from Peter, only Lorna speaking about how Peter gave up, and that's how he died.
Wanda knew he wasn't alive-killed by the Dark Phoenix-but this was their hope to keep him alive, right?
Not allow him to be killed again?
She didn't know what to think anymore.
She didn't really know Jean Grey; her being in a different universe made sense for her not to know her, but she needed to know her.
She needed help on how to save Peter, make him alive.

"No, I can't. I can't leave Monica." Maria says softly to Carol, biting her lip.
"Mom? It's okay, I can stay with Grandma and..." Monica tries, feeling her voice fade in her throat.
...
"I can't leave." Maria responds to Carol, looking at the blonde, rubbing her arms.
Monica stands beside her, looking up at the two women who raised her.
Maybe she was confused, but that didn't matter.
Her mother had to go into space, she had to, it was her dream.
...
"Maybe I'll build a spaceship. I wanna be an aircraft pilot." She whispers.
...
"When they were handing out kids they gave her the toughest one. Lieutenant Trouble." Carol states with a smile, sitting down next to the younger girl on the porch.
Her words lit up a smile on Monica's face, unbeknown of what was about to happen.
...
Monica felt like she was falling.
Further and further she was hit into her memories of Carol and her mother, and everything.
That was the 90's.
She was young; she can't remember but she knows it was 1995 when Carol came back, and she had sprung up and hugged her.
