Chapter 69

changbin managed to get felix away from the others and took his hand, leading him back upstairs. he took felix to their room and pulled back the blanket.

"get into bed baby."

felix climbed into bed and made grabby hands at changbin who smiled and got into bed next to him, he pulled felix close.

felix grabbed the two stuffed bears, handing the bigger one to changbinn and hugging his own.

"daddy bear n baby bear."

changbin smiled and held his bear, putting felix's head on his chest. he grabbed his laptop and put it on his lap, opening it and starting to look through movies.

"what do you want to watch baby?"

felix hummed and thought about it, looking at the screen.

"uhh, cinderella?"

changbin smiled and found the movie he wanted, pressing play on it and setting the laptop down. felix shifted down, laying his head on changbin's chest, nuzzling him gently as he waited for the movie to start.

he hugged his baby bear as he felt changbin run his fingers through felix's hair, brushing it gently out of his face.

changbin liked horror movies but he was more than happy to watch disney if it made felix happy. he wasn't really watching truthfully, he was focusing on felix, gently playing with his hair, taking his hand and holding it, smiling down at him.

"here prince, drink your milk."

changbin handed felix his sippy cup smiling as he started to drink, humming quietly to himself as he watched the screen with fascination.

changbin looked back at the screen too, holding felix tightly against him.

they watched the whole movie and by the end, felix's eyes were drooping and he was struggling to stay awake.

"time to sleep kitten." changbin mumbled, kissing felix's head.

felix whined and nuzzled his face in changbin's chest, shaking his head.

"finish your milk, i'll get your paci then you need to go to sleep."

"don't wanna."

changbin pulled felix up and closer to him, putting felix's head on his chest.

"i know you're sleepy baby, i'll cuddle you all night okay? and i'll be right here when you wake up."

felix looked up at changbin, rubbing his eyes gently.

"you're so pretty, you know that, right sweetheart?"

felix smiled shyly and nodded, drinking his milk.

changbin felt unbelievably happy, knowing that felix knew how pretty he was, he moved his hand to felix's cheek, cupping it gently.

"i'll always be right here for you, no matter what happens, i love you so much."

felix smiled as he finished his drink, moving his own small hands to changbin's cheeks.

"n' i love you too."

changbin smiled and leaned down, kissing his lips very gently, holding felix closer to him.

both of them felt fireworks go off in their stomachs as they let themselves feel the intense connection between them, wanting nothing more than to be closer to the other and to stay there forever. felix got a tiny smile as he held onto his boyfriend, feeling all of the bad things go away.

changbin moved the laptop and lay them down together, holding felix as tightly as he could, starting to quietly hum a lullaby for him, letting felix relax in his arms. he grabbed felix's paci and guided it to him, watching felix take it and curl up against his chest, hugging his bear and closing his eyes.

"my baby."

felix smiled as his cheeks got pink, he nuzzled his face in changbin's shirt, closing his eyes as he got sleepier.

he let himself relax, not feeling scared to sleep like he used to, he knew that even in nightmares, changbin would be right there when he woke up, he would make the bad things go away and keep him safe like he always did, he didn't have to worry about anything.

he slowly fell asleep in changbin's arms, curling up to be closer, enjoying every second that he got to be close to the love of his life.

changbin let himself relax too, starting to feel tired, he knew felix would be with him too, he would always show changbin love and compassion, he would always give cuddles and kisses and show his support in more ways than he could imagine. he knew he didn't have to put up a wall with felix, he could be himself and it didn't mean he was inacpable of protecting him, or being any less of a good boyfriend, he felt safe with felix.

they fell asleep together, as close as they could get, unable to get enough of each other's warmth.
