changbin and felix got back to their dorm, unlocking the door and walking in to see jae, curled up in bed, the room was a mess, he clearly hadn't been productive, he had just let himself go and stayed in bed.

felix dropped his bag and walked towards the bed, touching jae's arm.

"hyungie?"

jae stirred, opening his eyes and looking up at felix.

"y-you guys are back?" he asked, his voice coming out raspy.

"mh, move over a bit." felix replied.

"wait, you're big again?" he asked, shifting back a bit.

felix nodded and slipped into bed next to jae, looking at him.

"how're you feeling?"

changbin sat on the edge of the bed, listening.

jae immediately teared up, covering his face, felix sighed and wrapped his arms around jae, pulling him close.

"i-i miss him. so much."

"i know, i know it's hard, but you're not alone, you have us now, everything is going to be okay, we're here for you, you can cry as much as you need to, it doesn't make you weak."

"i want my baby back, i want to hold him again, i want him so badly."

felix just held jae, letting him release all his emotions out as he sobbed. changbin got into bed too and hugged jae from behind.

"why did he have to go? i want him in my arms again, i would give anything to hold him, kiss him, hear him say he loves me."

jae sobbed and cried into felix's chest for what felt like hours, letting the other two hold him and comfort him. felix felt his heart break for jae, it hurt him so much to see their friend so hurt.

"i know you're hurting, but laying here and letting yourself go will only make it worse, come on, you get up and go shower, me and changbin will order pizza, we can push the beds together and watch a movie."

jae looked up at felix.

"i ca-"

"yes you can, if you tell yourself you can't, you won't be able to, come on jae, get up and go shower."

jae nodded slowly, wiping his eyes and trying to pull himself together.he got up and grabbed his towel, going into the bathroom to shower, felix and changbin looked at each other, sighing softly.

"i'll call the pizza place." changbin mumbled, clearly feeling horrible for jae.

felix started taking the sheets off jae's bed as it was obvious they hadn't been washed in a long time.

felix put jae's clothes and sheets in to wash while changbin ordered pizza, they pushed the beds together, finding a good movie to watch while they waited for jae.

when he finally finished his shower, he left the bathroom, smiling a bit.

"i feel a little better, thank you lix."

"we're not done, you're gonna watch a movie with us and get a good sleep."

jae nodded softly and smiled, going over and climbing onto the bed, felix changed in the bathroom into an oversized sweater and changbin didn't bother, just changing in the main room, getting into sweatpants and a tank top.

the three of them sat on the bed with felix in the middle as they started the movie, felix's head ended up on changbin's shoulder, he held his bunny in his lap, also holding onto jae's hand. jae was unable to believe how loving and supportive his friends were.

they watched their movie, relaxing together until felix eventually fell asleep, snuggling into changbin.

"i see an engagement ring?" jae asked with a small smile.

"yes, you do, i proposed at the top of the eiffel tower."

"that's so romantic, i would've loved to propose to lucas one day, he would've been so happy."

changbin sighed softly and took jae's hand instead.

"i'm so sorry, i'm sure he's so proud of you."

"i genuinely don't think i would be here if it wasn't for you, after losing my family, then lucas, i don't think i could've continued."

"i'm happy you have us, we love you, we're your family now."

jae smiled at changbin, squeezing his hand, they went back to the movie before changbin fell asleep too, holding felix close.

jae moved down, laying his head on the pillow, he was exhausted and finally felt safe, he felt he would be able to sleep properly, for the first time in weeks, he felt safe enough with his friends to give in to sleep.

"baby? wake up lixie." changbin whispered softly, pressing loving kisses to felix's cheek.

"dada?"

"aww, good morning prince." changbin smiled, realising felix had woken up in his now safe and non toxic littlespace.

"dada." felix repeated with a pout, making grabby hands at changbin.

"what's the matter sweetheart?" changbin replied, lifting felix onto his lap.

"lixie had bad dream." he mumbled, nuzzling his face into changbin's neck.

"aw, i'm sorry little one, how about we get your crayons out and you can color daddy a picture, sound good?"

felix perked up a little and nodded, clambering off changbin's lap. felix sat on the floor, waiting patiently as changbin got out his coloring books, paper, stickers and crayons. he set felix up on the floor, watching his baby immediately start drawing.

there was a knock at the door while changbin was making felix breakfast, eager, continuous knocking. felix whimpered and shrunk back, his little eyes going wide.

"d-dada!"

changbin went to the door, his hand darting to lock it immediately, letting out a heavy breath of relief when he heard giggles coming from outside, he unlocked the door and opened it, watching jisung dart in and tackle felix in a hug, with an exhausted looking minho still at the door.

"you woke up to littlespace too huh?" minho asked, looking over changbin's shoulder at felix.

"yep, although mine isn't on crack." changbin laughed, pulling minho inside.

minho laughed too, walking in.

"you need a nap, take our bed, i will watch the littles."

"you're a lifesaver binnie." minho mumbled, flopping onto the bed.
