Five years of yearning

Wait for me : part 1

Today Zhou shu yi was feeling very  happy and fresh. After a long and tiring week of examination,today was finally the last exam which went very smoothly.

The  first thing he did naturally after leaving the college campus was to call  Gao Shide .

Phone call rings and after two rings someone picked up from the other side

"Hey ! Shu yi how's your exam went? " Gao Shide asked as he picked up the call.

"Shide,  seriously this is what you want to know the first?
I thought you'll ask me whether I'm hungry or not or wanna eat outside? " Zhou shu yi complained in a nasal tone.

Gao Shide smiled as he imagined how he might pout while complaining.

Literally Gao Shide was zoned out for a while. Whenever he listened him like complaining and whining the more he felt like it's still a dream . A dream that he secretly had buried deep in his heart and never expected to be comes true.  He always thought whether he deserved this person to come into his life and love him. 

Now the person of his little dream finally entered in his life, he still refused to believe.  A dream replaced by reality,  is it even possible?
If the answer is yes then he is the luckiest person in this world.

"Are you dead or still alive , not saying anything ,huh? "Shuyi asked after not hearing any responses from him.

"Shu yi" he sighed .

"Ugh-humm" Shuyi replied

" let's meet tonight i have something to tell you " Gao Shide said in a deep voice.

"Shide ,  are you.......  alright,  I mean  I don't know but I suddenly feel like there's something amiss today. Did something happened? Zhou shu yi said with concern.

Gao Shide laughed mildly "are you that worried about me,  Aah!
I'm moved ."

He teased him as he said.

After  hearing him laugh and being teased by him as usual did Zhou shu yi relived and sighed as he said
" who the hell is worried about you , I just don't want to lose my appetite at night while seeing you with a sullen face . Isn't it that simple? "

No matter what Shuyi never want to lose a face infront of Shide.
He always acts like he doesn't much care but actually in his mind he already assumed thousands of reasons about each and every word he told him.

" okay, okay!  Then...I meet you at the restaurant tonight. " Gao Shide said as he sense a little bit irritation in Shuyi's mood after he teased him.

"Have some rest and take care, as long as I know you haven't slept properly theses days and need not to worry about anything.

Shuyi actually wants to say "Whatever " but after hearing him saying in such a caring way the word "Whatever " takes a U - turn from his tongue and what comes out from his mouth was "you too take care ".

Gao Shide smiled as he said bye and put the phone on the table. As he put the phone the wide smile slowly began to disappeared from his face.

He was worried since this morning about how to tell Zhou Shuyi.
After the graduation he has  to go to America with his mom . Since it's been a little time after Shuyi confessed that he also likes him. So he was even more unwilling to leave this person whom he yearned day and night to be with.

Even more how Shuyi will react after knowing this. He might be angry or sad he thought.

He also don't know how long it will take to come back to Taiwan. But he also can't anything do about it . His mom is going to settle in America with his stepfather. So as a son it's his responsibility to be there for her . What should he do ? He sighed.

So it turned out Zhou shu yi was guessing right there was really something that bothering Gao Shide.

As he came back  home at afternoon Shuyi was also thinking about what Gao Shide supposed to tell him at night.

Is there really something that's bothering him to the point he can sense only by hearing a few words from him? 

He don't know but why after meeting Shide he suddenly became a person who unintentionally started to notice a slight change in behavior of this person.
It's not like that he had never been in love with someone else before but then he didn't care as much as he cared now.

They say that when two people have clear intentions to start a journey they started to find home in each other.

He still remembered how they started talking.
At that time he was broken after knowing that yuxin was in love with zheng wen . Although he never confessed to yuxin, so yuxin always took him as a best friend . Later he thought it's too hard to be "just friends " with someone who fell in love with.

Each and every time Shide appeared and he felt irritated to the point where he wished that why would not  this person  disappeared from his life .

Later he realized that he did it intentionally just to draw his attention from that breakdown.

He hadn't even realized that when he fell in love with him.  It was a slow love, complicated yet stable and consistent . No rush .
Slowly he started to realize that he deserves this love and this person . He deserves a person that is sure of him,  that he is sure of.

That's always Gao Shide.

Shuyi emerged in thought too deeply as he leaned against sofa and slowly falls into deep slumber.
He was too exhausted so he didn't even bothered to go to the bedroom.
