George pushed open the door to the CD shop, in need of a new CD player.

"Welcome to KingWood Records! Let me know if you need help with anything." A male voice spoke.

"Will do." George said, walking up and down the isles, humming to the music playing in the store.
"Hey, do you have the new portable CD players? The ones that came out a few months ago?" George looked to the man at the cash register

The man was a few inches taller, wearing white pants with a light brown belt. Paired with a light blue jean jacket and a while shirt. He had long dirty-blonde hair and emerald green eyes.

"Yeah, in the back left corner."

"Thanks man."

"Clay, call me Clay."

"Thanks Clay."

George walked over to the portable CD players and picked one out, along with a new CD, titled;

Hopelessly Devoted

"Oh shoot finally, you got Hopelessly Devoted" George exclaimed, walking back to the cash register.

"Oh yeah, we got it last week, pretty dumb considering this song came out like five years ago"
Clay grabbed the items from George and scanned them.
"Okay that will be fourtee-"
Clay looked back at George and down at the items.
"On the house, enjoy the CD"

"Oh wow really? Thanks Clay."

"You're welcome.. um."

"George." George finished Clay's sentence

"Well you're welcome George, and just incase your CD stops working, I better get your house number so you call call me." Clay slightly bit his lip, looking back up at George

"Wow, take me out to dinner first Clayton." George joked
"But yes, you can." George took out a pen and a notepad, writing his house number down and handing it to Clay
"Make sure to call me Clayton."

"Oh I will lover boy."

The bell of the door rung again, signaling that George has opened the door and left.

George was sitting on his bed, reading the new Super Man comic, when the phone on his desk rang. George sprung up and quickly grabbed the phone, answering instantly
"Hello?"

"Georgie! It's me Clay"

"Never call me that again Clayton."

"Loverboy"

"Hmph." George pouted
"Well I'm surprised you called, I didn't expect you too if I am being totally honest."

"Well George, I was excited to call you." Clay said, sliding onto his desk, twirling the phone cord on his finger

"And why is that?"

"Well, you're charming, and han-"

"Oh shut up!~"

"It's true! I think we could be good friends"

"Well, if you really think that, meet me at the park, the west side where no one goes, I'll be sitting on a bench. 1pm"

"See you then, Loverboy."

"Doubt it." George said, and hung up. Giggling a bit before climbing in bed and drifting off into a deep sleep.
