"Hey babe, I am home", I hear Corpse yell from the front door.

Corpse had a appointment today, so he had to go outside. I always have to make him go to his appointments. I guess it was because he doesn't want to hear any bad news. Last time they told him, that hes condition isn't getting better. It's only going to get worse over time. Sometimes I wish I could take the pain away from him.

I am currently sitting in one of our offices. Corpse has one and I have one. I am working from home till Corona eases a little.

I stretch my arms, before getting up from my office chair. The project I am currently working on is a boring and a long one, so I gladly take a break.

I walk over to the front door. Corpse is currently taking off his black shoes, that I bought for him yesterday. I had a day off, so I went to the mall with my friend.

I rarely buy anything for myself, but for Corpse, I buy a lot of stuff. I like to spoil him. Yesterday, I bought him three new shirts, a purple hoodie and the shoes, that he had on today. Like always, Corpse insisted for me to return them, but I said no.

"Were they any good?", I point at the shoes, that he neatly put on the shoe rack.

"The best shoes I have ever worn. They must  have been fucking expensive", Corpse sighs, while he is putting his coat on a coat hanger. He then takes a paper from his coats pocket and hands it to me.

He walks to our kitchen, takes a glass from a cabinet and purs water for himself.

"They were not", I chuckle. I look at the paper, that he handed to me with a worried look. I don't want to read the paper just yet. I sigh and walk over to the drinking man, "What did they say?" I wrap my hands around his neck and look at him in the eyes, trying to see, in what kind of mood he is in.

Corpse puts the glass down on the counter, that he is leaning on and sighs. He wraps his one hand around my waist and puts one hand to the back of my head.

I take that as a sign to hug him, so I lower my arms down to his torso and lean on his chest. He strokes the back of my head and puts his head on top of mine.

"Nothing new. I forgot today was the day they stab needles around my body and shock me. It felt weird", Corpse smiles and looks at the wall, that is behind me.

I can feel his chest wibrate while he talks. It makes me smile. I lift my head and look up at him.

"Do you want to watch a movie? I found a good one on Netflix the other day", I ask Corpse and put his papers on the counter, next to his glass.

He looks down at me and smiles back. He nods his head, "Sure".

I jump onto him, like a koala and giggle. He stumbles a little, but steadies himself quickly before we both fall. He giggles back at me and starts to walk to the couch. He stops, hus back facing it and just flops onto it with a grunt. With me still on his lap, he reaches over to the remote, that is on a small coffetable in front of us, and leans back.

I turn around on his lap, so I can see the TV. I take a hold of his free hand and start to fiddle with his rings.

"What was the name of the movie?", Corpse asks me, while scrolling trought differrent movies.

I smile a creepy smile and lean onto him. "365", I say casually.

"Oh yeah?", Corpse looks down at me with a flirty look and laughs a small laugh.

"You have seen it before?", I give him a side eye. He looks back at the TV and searches it. "No, I have only heard about it. I've heard it's a good movie", he smiles down at me.

We both look at eachother with creepy smiles and burst out laughing. "We are so childlish", I laugh. "Maybe", Corpse says and puts the movie on.
