Consultation

"Jane, as I said before, you can share everything with me without any worry. As your doctor, it's my responsibility to protect all your secrets that you are sharing with me. So, explain your problem to me." Doctor Yin with very calm and reassuring tone, asked Jane.

" I'm in total mess!! I think I'm in serious confusion about my feelings of love! Before I met Tian, I was so sure that I liked Sean, but the moment I saw Tian, I'm fell in love with him! I never thought that my feelings will get swayed so easily! It's really not like me!!" Jane answered with agitation. 

" Calm down Jane. Let's talk about your problem from the start. Sean is your first love or person who gave you feeling that you are in love?" Dr. Yin asked her.

" It's confusing. Actually, I was in relationship with Simon for about 1.5 years before I had feelings for Sean." Jane answered.

" So, he was your first love? You was happy with him?" Dr. Yin asked.

" As I said, it's not this simple!! I can't give any definite answer." Jane was frustrated by this confusing feelings.

" Then let me make this simple for you. Just answer my questions truthfully. How your relationship with him started back then?" Dr. Yin's office was filled with enough sunlight and had many beautiful plants in it. She was making tea for them while asking questions.

" Simon was in same class with me. He proposed me and my all friends said he was good for me. So, I accepted it and then we started to date." Jane answered honestly.

" So, did you also had feelings for him or you just decided to try it out?" Dr. Yin asked while offering her tea.

" Thanks for the tea. I never thought that time about this. We did not had much time to see each other. One month later, I was transferred to another city. Although we were in contact for more than 1 year, it was just 'good morning' and 'night' messages." Jane took a sip after answering.

" You ever kissed him? Thought about your future with him? Or, you felt especially happy when you met him, had a urge to have a little physical contact with him? Something like that happened between you guys?" Dr. Yin asked her.

" No. I think we never had enough time for this things." Jane never felt anything like that for him.

" When you heard that you are going to another city, what was your reaction?" Dr. Yin asked her.

" I was happy. Umm, actually I never felt so free at home. I wanted to live separately, so when they said that I'm being transferred, I was quite happy about it." Jane remembered her past and answered.

" It  means Simon was not even in your thoughts that time. From what I see, you was never in love with him. You just accepted him without understanding your feelings, without any special considerations. Last question about him. When you realized that your relationship with him has ended, what were your feelings?" Dr. Yin seriously asked her.

" There was no particular moment when this happed. We just talked less and less. Maybe I was the initiator of this because his messages often got ignored by me. I was turned into a introvert that time, so I didn't liked to talk much with anyone." Jane tried to explain that situation.

" Jane, there were no special feelings at start, middle or end. So, you was never in love with him. I think, whole time, you was just following what your friends suggested to you because you lacked your own thoughts on this matter." Dr. Yin concluded. 

" My thoughts are somewhat similar to your conclusion." Jane nodded.    

" Then, second person, Sean. This time, you felt strongly that you was in love, right?" Dr. Yin asked her.

" Yes." Jane answered confidently.

" Explain your feelings about him." Dr. Yin.

"I know him for almost 5 years now. I did not had any feelings for him for 4 years. But last year, I started to get feel that I'm in love with him. I waited for release dates of his dramas and when I saw him on screen, I felt very happy. I even shifted to China to get a chance to work with him. When I saw him for a first time, my heart was beating with excitement. He can give me motivation to work harder. When he noticed me or gave special attention, I was very happy about it." Jane stopped after saying this much. Although she can talk for this was enough to conclude it.

" If so, then why did you feel that you are in love with Tian?  According to you, you are already in love with Sean for one and half year, so just what happened that made you thought about Tian as your love?" Dr. Yin asked her.

" I saw him yesterday and he smiled at me. When I saw that smile, my heart started to beat wildly. We were together for 40-45 minutes and that whole time, I was feelings many emotions at same time. I don't know why, I was happy, but also was nervous at the same point. He held my hand while we were walking back, I can't explain that feeling, but I know it was very special feeling. I never felt like that before. Even with Sean, when we shook our hands or he smiled at me, although I was very happy,  I never had that feelings." Jane tried her best to explain. 

" I'll make it simple for you. You feel very happy and satisfied when you see Sean's acting on TV. In the past, you constantly wanted to meet him and work with him in making dramas. You wanted to help him, watch him acting on set and become a part of that process. You always admired him, felt a desire to get his attention and acknowledgement. When you first saw him, you was very excited and happy. And this or about same as this, are the feelings of love that you felt  about him?" Dr. Yin analyzed her feelings.

" Yes, yes!! You got it right. I loved him like this." Jane nodded her head vigorously.

" Think for sometime before giving answer this time. Do you still have this feelings for him?" Dr. Yin asked with smile on her lips. She just caught the crux of the matter. Jane was little shocked by this question. She actually never thought about this. After sometime, she finally gave her answer.

" Yes. I think I still have this feelings for Sean. Dr. Yin, does that mean I'm in love with 2 people at same time?! It's really bad!! I can't believe in myself!" Jane almost had tears in eyes.

" Relax Jane! You are wrong about your feelings for Sean! Yes, you love him. But it's a love that every fangirl have for her Star! Although I have to admit that your love for him really exceeded some boundaries and at some point, if Tian had not appeared at this point, in future your feelings would have really turned into true love him. But as of now, you admire and love Sean as your favorite star, but you love Tian as a man. Well, I would like to advise you, take some time to sort out if you really love Tian or this matter is also same as Sean. Let's do this, call me every Sunday and report about your feelings for 3 months. It'll help you to avoid confusion." Dr. Yin offered her help.

" Okay doctor! Thank you so much for your help!! I almost fell into depression because of this matter!! Well, can I go now? I'm running late for shoot! I only took half day off, so I have to go there before 2!" Jane was in hurry to return.

" Ohh, of course! Have a good time!" Dr. Yin smiled at her and that session ended here.
