Ray found out that the women on the picture at Hui Jiang Chen party was actually Chen's mother. It took him a lot of work, stress and time to get this information. Mickey and him were both shocked when they found out. The women's name is Nuwa Ming. She's a young lady who got pregnant at the age of 16, the father was Dry Eye. Chen grew up without his father because Dry Eye didn't take responsibility for him. But before Dry Eye died, Chen got in connection and he promised him, he would inherit his company and money. So now he's basically doing the same business as his father.
But Ray didn't understand why was Chen looking for his mother with a picture. There's still a lot he doesn't know but he worked a lot the past weeks.And Katie's birthday is this week so he took some days off.
Katie arrived home. Ray was already waiting for her in the kitchen.
,,Hi sweetie!"-he says and hugs her.
,,Hi"-she says and they kiss.
,,How was your day?"-he asks.
,,Really bad, I'm really tired."-she says and hugs Ray's waist.
,,Oh sweetie..."-he hugs her tight.
,,I want to show you something."-he says.
,,Okay, what?"-she asks as looking up at him.
The go out to the garden, he covers Katie eyes.
,,Ray...baby where are you taking me?"-she asks impatiently.
,,One more step."-he says playfully.
,,Here we are, okay. Don't open yet. Hold out your hand."-he orders.
She does what he said and hold out her palm. He places a car key in her hands.
,,You can open it now."-he adds.

She's so surprised, she stares at the car with her hand on her mouth.
,,Omg...Ray, you-you..."-she hugs him.
Ray smiles at her. She starts crying.
,,Heeey...baby, don't cry."-he says.
,,But you shouldn't have bought me a present, this is a really expensive car."-she says emotionally.
,,Of course, I have bought this, you deserve the best."-he says proudly.
,,But money doesn't matter, I love you because of how you treat me, not because of your money."-she says.
,,I know, sweetie but I can still surprise you on your birthday, can't I?"-he asks sarcastically.
She kisses him.
,,We should try it, shall we?"-he asks and opens the car door for her.
They get in. Katie starts the car and drives off to the city.
Ray didn't even know how well she drives, fast but still safe. She put on music and rolled down the windows. She screamed and laughed. She was really hot, Ray watched her the whole time.

,,I love it, thank you, babe!"-she says and jumps into his arms.
,,This is my best birthday ever."-she adds.
They started making dinner together.
,,Really?"-he asks.
She nods.
,,Well I'm with the person I love the most and I got a present I actually like."-she adds.
,,Why? Your parents probably organized you a fancy birthday party each year."-he says scaredy.
,,No, my parents barely organized anything and it was never a party. Just grandparents and some others, never friends. And they usually got me an ugly sweater or a boring book."-she says sadly.
Ray regrets starting this topic. Katie looks down, almost crying.
,,Hey, hey...I promise your birthdays are going to be like this from now on, okay?"-he says and hold her close.
,,Thank you."-she says and cheers up a bit.
,,I love you sweetie."-he says.
,,I love you too."-she replies and they kiss.
Ray goes to the fridge and gets a box out. Katie opens it, it's a beautiful cake.
,,You even got me a cake?"-she asks in a cute voice.
,,Yeah, you know, I'm really good a baking. Just got it out from the oven, it might still be warm, be careful."-he says sarcastically.
Both laugh.
They had dinner, and had a bath together. Katie started reading but Ray interrupted her, wanting cuddles. The ate the cake in bed and watched a film.
Katie really had her best birthday, she was really happy. She had a hard day but she forgot about it, just as Ray who left his work-thoughts behind and concentrated on Katie. Everything was so perfect that day.
