When God created Adam and Eve, He told them not to eat the apple on the tree. But they got decieved by the serpent. And because of that, they broke God's law. And since Adam and Eve is our ancestors, therefore we are all a sinner.
Everyone kept worshipping different gods, everyone kept sinning around as if it was nothing, everyone sinned. The world was so wicked so God gave His only begotten Son Jesus that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but live an everlasting life. (John 3:16)
And with Jesus dying on the cross, all of our sins were paid. Basically, Jesus got what WE deserve and gave us what HE deserves.
He was nailed to the cross along with our sins so that we could spend eternity with Him-- if we accept Him as our Savior.
That's how great He is. And to top it off, He would sacrifice His life twice for you if He had to.
When He was carrying the cross, He thought of you. He didn't give up. He loved us so much that He had to die on the cross for us, He was tortured all because of us.
So don't let His sacrifice go to waste. Go back home to Him, He's waiting.
