It was a usual day at Hogwarts with some students and teachers moving here and there, some students sitting in their respective tables and some teachers also sitting in their respective seats. The students were talking to each other as were the teachers.

In the students' seats were sitting the Marauders, all five of them. They were all talking to each other in hushed whispers except one who was busy gazing in awe at a blonde who was talking to her friends seated in the very same table he was in. The Marauders were a group of five very close and tight knitted friends who play pranks and have fun.

The group consists James Potter- the guy who was busy gazing the blonde in name of Aurelie Beaufort, a beautiful Gryffindor seventh year and also the Head Girl along with who, he was the Head Boy. He has been in love with her since forever and never shied in confessing the same. The second in the group is Sirius Black, he was known for his aristocratic looks and was voted the best man for any person to be with. He has been in a relationship with Natalia Vienna Lestrange since forever and is all set to propose her. Natalia Vienna Lestrange is a Gryffindor from the same year as him and was the best friend of his best mate's girl, Aurelie.

The third person in this tight knitted group, Remus Lupin was hunched over his book, reading it all the while eating his chocolate. Remus Lupin has been the brains of the group since forever and is the literal personification of a book boyfriend that every girl desperately wishes for. The next one in the group is Peter Pettigrew, the sweetest person anyone has ever met. He loves food and would rather never share his food with anyone. The last and final person in the group, Regulus Black is the younger brother of Sirius Black, who despite being a Slytherin is very much an essential part of the group. The brothers had a very strong bond built on love and trust. Regulus Black as the Slytherin that he is, is very devious and mischievous. He has these puppy eyes which can even make Voldemort agree to his words. He is oh-so secretly in love with the chocolate obsessed guy and doesn't know how to be subtle about it.

"Honestly Reggie, if you don't stop staring at him he'll really know about you being not so in love with, if he already doesn't in the first place" whispered Sirius Black in his brother's ear making him flush with embarrassment.

"Do you think my darling Aurelie will accept my love this year? We both even share a dorm and she's warming up to me, I think she'll surely marry me" said James to his friends still gazing the blonde witch adoringly. The witch in question who caught his staring looked at him with a smile making his heart skip. Then, all of a sudden there was a huge flash of lighting and suddenly there were few people who looked similar to many of the people in the hall but were still anonymous.

"I knew that we could do it and look Mione we did it, congratulations to ourselves" said a blonde-haired girl who literally was a carbon copy of Aurelie to the bushy haired girl standing next to her. Behind the girls were a few boys, one black haired boy who looked more like Sirius than Sirius himself, one with red hair looking like a typical Weasley, one looking like Frank Longbottom, one who was surely a Malfoy and two other people James couldn't exactly guess who they resemble.

"Even I knew that we could do it and with Selene's help, we were bound to succeed" replied the bushy haired girl. They were so involved in their chats that they neither observed the amused looks they were receiving from the guys, though the black haired one seemed to have a lovestruck look on his face while looking at the blonde, nor did they see the wands pointed at them by the teachers and they neither saw the curious looks the students were giving them.

"Ellie, sweetheart, maybe we should clear everyone's doubts and introduce ourselves so that the teachers stop pointing their wand at us" said the black-haired guy to the blonde girl who he called 'Ellie'. He looked really amused with whatever that was taking place but the look in his eyes when he looked at the blonde girl is something James Potter is very familiar with. The very same look in his eyes when he saw Aurelie and the very same look in Sirius's eyes when he looked at his girlfriend Natalia and also the same look his parents have when they look at each other, the one he so desperately wished for whenever he was young.
