Vol. 1 Chapter 4 - Magic and Physical Practice

The teacher told the whole class to go to the field to practice their magic power. And as for those who doesn't have any powers, they will be practicing and strengthen their physical ability.

And the whole class do what their teacher told them to. All of them goes to the field and lined up, boys and girls are separately lined.

And when they arrive to the place the teacher ask the 4 who doesn't have any powers including James, to practice by swinging a sword.

And for those 11 that have a magical power, sperated them by the teacher on which of them have a long range and short range ability. And the result is 6 of them have a long range ability while 5 of them is a short ranger.

While the 4 people who doesn't have powers practicing dueling each other, the teacher ask them to try to hit a 10 meter far target. And only some of those 6 students hit their target.

And as for the 5 students who have a short range abilities, the teacher ask them to show them how it works. And started by Olivia.

Olivia calls for 3 animals. Squirrel, bird, and mole. And Olivia's practice is finished.

And as for the guy named Kevin, he accelerate and gone faster and faster and try to kick a target. And ended up hitting himself to a wall, but the teacher approves it that he can control his power normally.

And the practice of each students continues. One of a student that have a power called Fireball misfire and going to Olivia's way.

"Watch out!" As the guy who accidently shoot the fireball screams to her, James throws his sword and ran towards Olivia trying to save her. And as for Kevin also use his ability to accelerate to save her too.

As James ran in full speed he realize that everyone isn't moving, even for the fireball who is heading to Olivia's way is isn't moving either. So James continues to ran toward her, and as he reached to her he grabbed her and drag her away to the fireball and the fireball start moving.

All the people who saw James saving Olivia confused how he suddenly appear in the side dragging Olivia.

In their point of view James was like teleports to Olivia. But as for James explains he just ran in full speed.

"The item that we used earlier guaranteed that James doesn't have any powers nor any special abilities. But there was a possibility that James just got his power when saving Olivia." The teacher speaks.

"James we will try to measure you again if you gained an power. Meet me to my office after class."

And James accept and the training continues.

Kevin thought to him self. "What was that..!? He just teleports and holding the girl... I knew that I was ahead of him..."

And the magic and physical practice ends. And James and Olivia goes to their teacher office.
