Totally random, but I was inspired to write a one shot. Thank you Brynn for the idea.
As will become obvious, this is loosely based off of Pretty Woman, so you can expect the type of content that will happen. I don't feel like I need to do a disclaimer for the mature content, because that's the entire reason that you're here.
I will, however, add that certain conversations around mental health and family will come about. I wanted to flesh out the characters a bit, and surprisingly, I seem to have placed myself within Joni. Truly did not expect that when I set out to write this, but here we are. There will be trigger warnings when anything too uncomfortable is discussed, but I think it's only one chapter to be honest.
Of course, sex work is a prominent feature within this. I've already undertaken some research, but I will continue to do so as I write. The last thing I want to do is paint them in a certain light or get details wrong. At the end of the day, it's just a play on an already beloved story, but with a slight twist.
I hope you enjoy it, my loves. My other stories are still going ahead, this is just a little project for fun. Nothing serious about it. I'm not sure how frequently it will update because of this (I also work full time), but I'll try my best. There won't be too many parts to this, it's fairly straight forward, but I look forward to getting more out there.
