"Don't go too far sweetie!" Terra's mother called out. Swishing her tail back and forth, Terra turned around. Her parents were sitting on the red and white checkered picnic blanket. Both were gazing down at her with love in their eyes. A purr rumbling deep within her throat, the young terrestrial planet kitten squeaked, "I won't!" With that promise, she raced across the meadow.

This was wonderful. Terra had never felt so alive before. Here she was, running like the wind. She was barely aware of her tiny paws hitting the ground. Bounding through the swaying meadow grass, she took a flying leap and landed on the top of a space rock. "Alright, time to go," Terra's father murmured. Getting up, he looked around. Turning to his mate, he asked, "Where's Terra?"

"I'm gonna get you!" Terra exclaimed. She was still chasing the star swirl butterfly through the park. She would not let the winged insect leave her sight. Barely paying attention to her surroundings, the terrestrial planet kitten continued chasing her prey. The young feline had no idea how far away she was from her parents. She definitely didn't notice where she now was. One moment she was in the park and then the next she wasn't. Stopping for a moment to catch her breath, Terra watched the butterfly flutter away. It was then she saw that she was in the middle of a highway.

It was too late to move though as an asteroid came rolling towards her...
