This song is about someone only loving you when you're a certain way. Like if someone only loves you because you're skinny, or because they can only love you when their drunk, it's the same as what I say in this song. It's basically about getting high just to see the person who you want them to love you, but they don't. So you continue to smoke more and more just in hope that they would continue to stay by your side. I'm not sure if it makes sense, but that's my explanation.
