Sidharth was amazed by every bit of Shehnaaz.
Shehnaaz has totally changed herself!
No!! She has not changed completely. You never made an attempt to understand her. Now that you stay close to her and made an effort to know her, you realize that she is looking things from her angle.
She didn't bargain from vegetable vendor because she knew she could afford it.
She is learning to cook with fun because it's not a mandate for her to learn.
She enjoyed traveling on bike because she wanted to spend time with me.
She gave away excess food to starving people because she experienced hunger & observed at excess food on the table.
She hasn't changed, she just started observing the other side. She has not become good person because she was already had a good personality. She is beautiful outside and from inside.
I don't want to lose her from my life ever. I can't think of a better partner than her. I am falling for her head over heels. But I can't tell her my feelings since I don't want to hurt her again. She forgived me but she isn't healed. I will just hope and wait until I can make the same place in her heart as she has made in mine.
Shehnaaz: (shakes him) Sidharth, what are you thinking?
Sidharth: Hmm.. nothing!
Shehnaaz: Then play, it's your turn.
Sidharth: Yes (moves the knight) Check!
Shehnaaz: Ohh!! Dad, your rook is in trouble!
JD: Hmm.. It isn't so easy to beat me Princess! (Moves his bishop and removes his knight)
Sidharth: (smiles) you are good dad! But my queen won't allow me to lose this game. (He moves his queen) Check mate!!
JD looks at the chess board carefully. Shehnaaz screams in joy and hugs Sidharth on winning. JD looks up and smiles, indeed his queen was with him and she wouldn't let her king lose infront for her own dad. JD was happy because his princess was happy and was now someone's queen.
JD: It was a wonderful game, Sidharth! Congratulations!
Shehnaaz gives JD a hug and a kiss.
Shehnaaz: Well played! Better luck next time dad!
JD: It's time to hit the bed! Good night both of you!
JD disperses to his room. The servant gathers all the chess pieces and takes it away.
Shehnaaz: I am not sleepy yet. What about you?
Sidharth: Same!
Shehnaaz: Come I'll take you somewhere.
She pulls his hand and Sidharth just couldn't keep his eyes to himself. It followed her everywhere. This was the first time he took so much interest in admiring a beauty of a girl. Luckily it was his wife.
She took him on a terrace which had a beautiful glass house from which the clear sky was visible. It was a complete room in itself. Sidharth was surprised as he had never seen it before.
