Bular x Deaf reader (oneshot)
Bular let out a yell as he once again failed to sign correctly again. Y/n let out a silent sigh, patting his shoulder. Bular's heart did flips when she made contact with his shoulder. He turned his head away, embarrassed. Suddenly, Y/n pulled out a book, getting a confused look from Bular. "What is this fleshbag?! " He said as he picked the book up sideways. Y/n grabbed a notebook and a pen, writing a few words down. 'It's a book to learn sigh language. ' Bular squinted at the words, soon scoffing. " I do not need a silly human toy help me! " He said angrily, tossing the book aside. Y/n looked down, writing something down, 'Sorry... I'm gonna go...' Before Bular did anything, she walked out.
Bular sat silent, he glanced at the book. He let out a huff before grabbing the book. Surprising he stayed up, reading and learning sign language, and soon the next day he had it all down and soon it had turned night. Though today was not a good day for Y/n to come by. Bular groaned, " Trollhunter, it seems as if you have chosen death today! " He said as he dragged his sword against the ground, letting small sparks fly through the air. The trollhunter only glared at him, " It's over Bular! " Jim yelled at him, making Bular let out a laugh, " Oh really? " The moment they were about to head towards and battle each other, Y/n stepped in, shaking her head rapidly. Bular and Jim froze, Bular stabbed his sword through the ground.
'What are you doing!?' Bular signed towards her perfectly, surprising her, she then gave him a serious look. 'He's a friend!' Bular's eyes widened, ' But he is the troll hunter! ' 'No fighting while I'm around!' Bular roared and glared at her. She crossed her arms and glared back. Bular let out a growl, 'Fine. ' Y/n smiled brightly, giving Bular a hug, surprising him and making his heart do flips. Jim only watches surprising, he had just found out that Bular learned sign language for her. "Look who has a soft spot. " Bular growled and glared.
"Shut up Flesh bag. "
