"You only get in the way. " Angor Rot said angrily as they fought in the realm. " Well your getting in the way of my ship! " Claire said angrily as she spun her staff. Angor Rot let out a growl before jumping towards her. Soon the battle began. "The staff is mine! " He said angrily as he pounced his knife towards her, almost slicing her. Claire's eyes widened before jumping back. She concentrated her mine and started to fly out of the place. "NO!! " Angor Rot quickly tried to follow, but it was too late.
Claire let out a air of relief as she sat up. "Claire!!! " Jim and Toby (sorry if I got that wrong, it's been a while 😅) yelled, rushing towards her and helping her off the ground. "Did anything else happen while I was gone!? " She said, getting ready to fight. "No, nothing happened. Jey woke up though. " Jey sat in the corner silent, thinking to herself. Xavier stepped close to close to her, only for her to move away. Xavier let out a sigh before walking towards the others. Jey transformed into her older human self. She let out a sigh of relief as she felt the pain vanish. "We should head out." She said as she then stood next to Jim. Xavier's eyes widened when he saw her form. "Yeah. We don't want to hurt your people. " Jim said as he helped Claire fix her hair, making Draal huff.
Xavier grabbed Jey's arm. " Look, I was hoping we could... Start--" Jey transformed into her changeling form. Xavier, stepped back, but continued to stare at her in the eye. " No. You like e your life and I'll live mine. Thank you for saving me, but we both have to move on. " She pushed him aside and
walked off. "Plus, I don't need a man. " She said as she did a hair flip. Xavier smiled a little as he had a flashback.
Xavier let out a fake gasp. " What!? " He let out a sniffle as he turned his head away dramatically. "Fine! I'm leaving! " Jey smirked, " Fine. I don't need a man! " She said, trying to keep a straight face. Xavier let out another gasp. "How dare you! " They both went into a fit of laughter.
Xavier sighed. 'I miss her... '
