1. Always get lots of sleep, not too much!

                              Get your brain warmed up for the day
                              3. Go get some food. Breakfast is the most IMPORTANT meal of the day
                              4. Get dressed in something a little loose. 
                              Make sure you are comfy
                              5. Take a shower
                              6.brush hair and teeth
                              7. Maybe put your hair in a messy bun
