What to Come

Megatron checked in with Knockout, and checked Steelfrost himself. Knockout was reading over her vitals when he walked in and looked up from the tablet.

"She should wake up any day now. I've managed to get everything stable and most of the injuries patched up. At least the ones that I was worried about reopening. "

Megatron didn't answer, he was lost in thought. How could he allow her to go by herself? If he had been there then this wouldn't have happen. He could remember the fear and pain rushing in from her side of the bond, causing his spark to react with the same fear.

" Steelfrost will pull through . She's a tough little femme . I wouldn't worry about her to much"

Megatron looked at Frost before nodding , "report back to me if she wakes up or anything changes"

"Yes , Lord Megatron" Knockout bowed his helm.

Autobot's P.O.V

Optimus grew worried , Steelfrost had not reported back to base , and her signal was blocked. Ratchet was able to confirm that she was alive and suggested that she was likely on the Nemesis once again. But yet the Prime's thoughts rushed through the possibilities. Ratchet glanced at his old friend, before sighing and returning back to his work. Bulkhead and Smokescreen were on patrol , while Arcee , and Bumblebee were with Jack , Miko , and Raf. It was quiet at the base and it was unusual, even for Ratchet.

"Optimus , I understand you concern for her but she is likely with Megatron , or just on a drive . Steelfrost is one of the strongest of the group and is more than capable of taking care of herself"

Optimus looked up at his friend and offered a small smile , Ratchet nodded before returning to his work. He was right she could handle herself, but he still felt a uneasy feeling in his spark.

*At the Medbay*

Steelfrost groaned as her optics came online , she looked around the area. She didn't recognize it. But she could hear faint voices , very faint .

" Hello?"

She called out hoping someone had heard her, the voices went silent. Someone stood far away and Steelfrost began to walk towards them. As she got closer the person became familiar, her mother stood there not just her but her father at her side.

"Mom! Dad!" she yelled running towards them.

A hard invisible barrier was in her way, and she fell when she hit it. Touching the cold surface it felt like glass . Steelfrost glanced at her body, she was no longer a cybertronian but a human.

"What?" she banged on the glass but her parents ignored her "Mom! turn around!"

Her screams only echoed and she began to breath heavy, Her hands turned red from the glass and her throat became itchy from screaming. A familiar laugh echoed throughout the area she was in. Megatron. She turned around to him aiming his fusion cannon at her.

"you're useless to me now" he chuckled .

Another voice but it was like a roar, Steelfrost turned around to Optimus running at him before tackling him to the ground.

"No!" Steelfrost yelled at them.

Optimus was losing , badly . HIs optics suddenly widen , and Steelfrost couldn't help but scream. Prime fell to his knees as Megatron ripped his blade from Optimus' chest. Steelfrost tried to run but something held her leg making her fall when she tried to move. A tendril wrapped around her leg , squeezing it tightly cut off the circulation . Optimus groaned in pain, as he fell , Megatron looked at her as he walked past Prime's broken body.
