It hadn't occurred to Shinso that he had grabbed the paper airplane that Kaminari threw, until he was at his dorm in 1B packing up his things. Shinso had asked Kendo to keep Monoma busy so he wouldn't have to deal with the blonds nagging.

The purple haired male didn't have much to pack since during lunch he had transferred the bigger stuff to his new room, so he was done in about an hour. Once Shinso got to the 1A dorms Midoriya was already waiting to show Shinso to his dorm.

"I can't believe you're being moved up again! Anyway, I assume you would like to know where your dorm is?" Midoriya exclaimed, clearly excited to have another classmate.

"Uh sure." Shinso just wanted to get to his new dorm room so he could unpack his things.

"Well Aizawa sensei said your room is going to be next to Kacchan's."

The two boy's started walking towards the elevator when a certain electric blond walked out. Midoriya and Kaminari exchanged a quick greeting, before the doors of the elevator closed Shinso noticed Kaminari was carrying a blanket with him.

Is this a common occurrence?

Why isn't he with his idiotic friends?

Why am I worrying so much?

Shinso had many questions wandering through his head. Maybe the sleep deprovision was finally getting to him. Shifting the stuff he was carrying around Shinso looked over to see what Midoriya was doing.

It appeared that he was texting his friends in a group chat and trying not to laugh. The elevator door opened revealing the fourth floor and he put his phone away. Shinso followed Midoriya to a door which then opened revealing a partially empty room.

About an hour later, Shinso had finished arranging his room and was laying on his bed staring up at the ceiling. For whatever reason he couldn't stop worrying about Kaminari.

Throwing on a black hoodie and putting his shoes on Shinso walked out of his dorm and took the elevator down to the first floor. Fortunately the few people who were there didn't notice Shinso as he walked out of the dorms and walked into the woods. After a few frustrating minutes of trying to find the clearing again, Shinso had found it. Kaminari was laying in the middle of the field on the gray blanket he had brought with him.

The sky was painted with vibrant pinks and purples, separating the yellows and oranges of the day from the blues of the approaching night. Kaminari must have heard the insomniac walking towards him because he tilted his head so he could see who was approaching him. As Shinso sat down next to him the blond quickly sat up with a confused expression on his face.

"W-what are you doing here!?" the smaller male stuttered.

"I'm not sure." Shinso took in Kaminari's appearance. "What's with the dark circles, trying to copy me?"

"Wha? Wait did you just-"

Shinso chuckled at Kaminari's reaction to the attempted joke, and a light blush crept up the boy's face. Shinso laid down on the blanket Kaminari had spread out, putting his arms underneath his head and using them as a pillow.

"Why do you come out here?" Shinso asked, trying to sound casual instead of prying. There was a moment of silence as Kaminari looked away and thought for a moment.

"It doesn't matter."

"I don't understand." What Kaminari said made Shinso worry even more, slowly sitting up Shinso decided that he should probably start prying. "Kaminari I can tell something is wrong, why won't you just tell me?"

"It's just that the things people say get to me. I know I shouldn't let them but I can't help it."

Kaminari had a few tears rolling down his cheeks from his built up frustration. Shinso didn't know what to say he didn't know what to do either, he wasn't the best at comforting people. Shinso pulled Kaminari into a hug, hoping to calm him. In turn Kaminari clung to Shinso's shirt and buried his face into his chest.

Feeling his face heat slightly Shinso decided to take these next few minutes to think. He couldn't stop thinking about Kaminari. He had never really worried much about other people but he was constantly worrying about the boy he was holding. And he had never found Kaminari annoying like he did other people, in fact he found the boy's antics somewhat cute.

Looking down at Kaminari's tear wettened face, Shinso gently lifted the boy's head and carefully wiped away his tears. Shinso had come to the conclusion that he liked Kaminari, liked him more than he had liked anyone else. Looking into the blonds golden eyes and seeing the blush on his cheeks, Shinso cupped Kaminari's face, and kissed him.
