Katsuki, Eijiro and I walked down the streets towards our homes in silence. It seemed like it was alot of things on their minds as our fun finally calmed down. Katsuki's hands were tucked into his pockets, shoulders slouching forward, lips pressed into a thin line. HIs gaze focused on the ground. Eijiro had his hands folded behind his head, eyes gazing upwards, lips poked out slightly. And then there was me– hugging my body, my eyes shifting between the both of them. Neither of them spoke the entire walk, unless I sparked the conversation.

"You two alright?" I find myself asking the both of them. I could see Katsuki's eyes flicker, bringing him back to earth from where ever it was he was in.

"I'm fine." Eijiro yawns. "Just ready for bed."

I nod. I know Katsuki heard me, and knew he wouldn't answer. He was so predictable. He rean his tongue across his lips, still focusing on the ground in front of him. I remained quiet after that. The only sound between us is the dragging of our footsteps on the pavement. We reached our street, I reach out, rubbing my hand down Katsuki's arm.

"See you Monday, Katsu." I smile softly at him. He looks down at me, his red eyes unreadable, his lips turning down.

"Yeah, whatever." He says as he keeps walking, leaving Eijiro and I to walk together. The redhead's arms dropped down from behind his head, his hands slipping into the pockets of his shorts, blowing out a breath from his nose.

"What's on your mind, Kiri?" I ask.

"Hm?" He blinks. "Why?"

"You're quiet." I tell him. "That's unusual."

He chuckles, before looking at the night sky, a smile on his face. "I told you, I'm just tired."He says. "I had an awesome time with cool people today, and not I'm just ready for bed."

"You're a horrible liar, Eijiro." I say with a shake of my head. "Did you and Katsuki fight?"

He shook his head. "No." He answers. "Hey, we're friends–right?"

I nod. "Of course we are." I say. "I gave you no indication that we weren't."

"So, this stays between us, right?"

"Kiri, if you're my safe space, what makes you think I can't be yours?"

He smiles at me, before dropping an arm over my shoulder. "You're right, dumb question."

"So, talk to me."

He inhales. "Alright, so." He pauses a second. "I have this friend– he likes this girl. And he's kind of mad that our other friend is super close to this girl than he is, but he knows the rest of our friends would poke fun at him for it. So he's kind of just– in limbo. He asked me for advice on what he should do, so I was just wondering what I should tell him, yanno? He plays the game with Bakugo and I. Of course Bakugo told him 'fuck her', but I want to give him real advice."

I nod taking in the information. Eijiro was such a bean. The world doesn't deserve someone as sweet as him.

"Well, if he likes her, he shouldn't care what his friends say– especially Katsuki." I say, making Eijiro chuckle. I continue. "He should at least ask her for her number. Who knows, maybe they could build something and no one would ever know unless he tells you."

Eijiro nods, rubbing his chin in thought. "Good point." He says, smiling at me. "You're the best Cei."

"I try to be." I smile as we reach my house. Eijiro hugs me tightly, swaying us from side to side.

"See you Monday." He says.

"See you Monday." I reply hugging him back just as tightly. "Text me when you're home."
