Hm, A butterfly. It's so pretty– I wonder if it just hatched from it's cacoon. It's black, with yellow spots, so very full of luster, so beautiful, so–free.

It slows it's momentum as it lands gracefully on a leaf of the bushes right outside the window, next to my desk. Nature is so beautiful, it's a shame people want to destroy it for shit this country really don't need. Now I'm stuck with smog filled oxygen with trees and bugs that carries the Zika virus, or worse–EBOLA. I blink slowly as a small sigh escapes my lips.

I haven't been to the aquarium in a while. I'd love to see some seahorses. The baby ones are so–

"Ceioni."

My name being called pulled me out of my head. I glance up, seeing Tenya Iida hovering over my desk, stiff as a board. Hair perfectly sculpted, glases perfectly lining his face and Uniform pressed and hanging perfectly from his body. I blinked, adjusting to my not so new surroundings of the classroom.

"Y-Yes,?" I blink.

"I'm collecting the homework for Mr. Aizawa." He says curtly. "Did you complete it?"

Again, I blink.

Damn, I forgot he does that.

Removing my hand from under my chin, I repositioned myself, opening my folder that sat in front of me. I fingered through the pages of the homework I completed before plucking the pages from my folder and handing it to him. He gave me a short nod, before turning towards Shoto's desk that was to my right, only for him to already be greeted with the said homework. Shoto and I shared a painfully knowing glance to one another before the both of us turned away. I hum another sigh. It's been two weeks since I transfered to U.A Highschool of the Gifted. So far–I'm a loser. I barely have friends if you count the classmates that say 'goodmorning' or 'see you tomorrow' everyday.

"Hey–Ceioni, right?" My vision was blocked by a plaid skirt and grey blazer with the school's logo plastered on their left breast. A mess of defined curly pink hair came into view and before I knew it, I was stairing Mina Ashido in her pretty, bright gold eyes. She smiled so brightly, I almost put a hand up to block the light that radiated off of her while she hopped up sit on my desk. I manage to maintain a blank expression.

"Yes?" I answer.

She hummed lowly to herself, my eyes remaining unmoved as she leans back on her hands, crossing one leg over the other and swinging her feet.

"We're all going for Ice Cream today after school." She smiles down at me from my seated position as I sat back in my seat, tilting my head up to look at her. Her dimples deepening as we lock eyes once more. "You should come too, it'd be great to get to know you better, ya'know?"

An invite? For ice cream?

I finally allow myself to blink, taking in a breath.

"R-Really?" I ask. "You, want me to go?"

"Of course silly!" She pushes her weight forward, her curls brushing against her cheeks as she gives me a close-eyed smile. "You're new to our little family, so it's only right. And I personally promise it'd be loads of fun!"

I breathe out a chuckle, relieved it wasn't a joke.

"Okay." I breathe. "G-great, I'd love to go."

Mina clasped her hands together in triumph, giggling in the process. "Great!" She says. "We'll meet up after class!"

"O-Okay." I tried to smile, but I know I looked goofy. She quickly hopped down from my desk, her hair bouncing with her as she moved. I watched her bounce back to the group, letting them know I'd be joining. They looked my way and smiled making me freeze, feeling my face heat.
