3rd Person POV:

It has been a few days after the events at the summer camp. Izuku Midoriya was wondering what that sword was. He didn't tell his mum what happened as he doesn't want her to worry.

It was nighttime as he was thinking about that day. He was looking at his hand that had a dragon mark on it. He was very curious on what has happened. He then fell asleep after a few hours, deciding to think about it tomorrow.

Deku's POV: In ???

I woke up in some sort of mindscape. It was just the ocean. It was pretty bland. The only thing that stood out was the giant sword in the ground. It looked like the sword I use.

"Where am I..?" I said, genuinely curious as I've never been here before.

"You are in your mindscape." Someone said from behind me. I turned around to see a brown haired man with white skin and green eyes. He was at a average height and seemed to be in good shape.

"Who are you... and how do you know my thoughts." I asked.

"My name is Tatsumi. The big guy over there Bulat. But you can call him bro like I do." He said as I looked behind him to see a 6'1 tall, muscular man that had a black heart-shaped pompadour and blue, handsome eyes. He has a black shirt with green shoulders and chest amour. Finally, he had white pant and shoes.

"Hey there, handsome." The man known as Bulat flirted with me.

"He is also gay." Tatsumi added. I was t homophobic but being flirted with by a boy just kinda made me shiver.

"Sorry, but can't return the feelings. I'm straight." I said, trying not to be harsh.

"Oh.. well, back to you Tatsumi!" Bro said.

"First, no. Secondly, we need to talk to Izuku on why he is here." Tatsumi said. "Now, like I said, you are in the mindscape, and for a reason may I add. The reason why is because you are the next user of the imperial arm, Incursio!" He said dramatically.

"Wait.. what is an imperial arms..? And why did pick me, a weakling. Why not choose Bakugo? He's strong!" I asked.

"Well you see, imperial arms are extremely powerful relics of the past that used to be used in war all the time in the past over 1,000 years ago. It was made by the emperor even past our generation. There are 48 Teigu (imperial arms) but most of them have been destroyed due to scientists doing experiments on them. Only two of them are left. Incursio and Grand Chariot. But we have sensed that Grand Chariot have fallen into the wrong hands and the world is in great danger because that person who now wilds Chariot is potentially a villain that could destroy what you call 'hero society'. Your arguably the most heroic person around with the exception of all might. But we did not choose him as he is the past and is nearing retirement. Wondering why we know? We go scouting every once in a while to search for a holder. But it seems like you came to us *chuckles*." Someone said from behind bro. Tatsumi and bro looked around to see a elderly man with a white beard and a scar over his right eye. "My name is Gensei. Nice to meet ya kid. Introduce yourself."

"Well.. my name is Izuku Midoriya and it's amazing to be chosen by this imperial arms. I will try my best to try stop this villain and protect the world." I said, wanting to protect the earth.

"Uh- are you sure kid? I thought you may hesitate for like, a few days." Bulat exclaimed, surprised with what I just said.

"..I've always wanted to become a hero to protect others. Not just for fame and money. I was quirkless, so I didn't have any power to help anyone. But now that I have Incursio, I have the power to help others in need... and I thank you for this. That's why I have no hesitation. I want to be a hero." I stated. I was determined.

"No wonder you were chosen. Well, it's time you start your training!" Tatsumi said.

"Wait what?" I asked.

"Starting next week Monday, you will go to Takoba Municipal Beach Park to start your training! And you can also speak to us in your mind. Now bye bye!" Bro said as he waved goodbye.

I suddenly then woke up in my room. My dragon mark on my hand was glowing.

"I have the ability... to become a hero!"
