A boy Diogonsed Quirkless, has found an ancient weapon from 1,000,000 of years ago. This weapon has chosen him as its succesor as it has good intentions.

This is an IzuChoa Story...
The Nomu and the hand villain looked at Izuku for a hot minute as he stood there in his dragon armour, Incursio .
Nomu charged at Izuku as the green haired boy for ready for it.
"NOMU, WAIT-" The blue haired villain exclaimed but it was too late. The Nomu's arms and legs were cut off by Neuntone.
Izuku quickly switched from his spear to his sword and stabbed the Nomu in the chest as he then focused 100% of OFA into Neutone and said, "IMPERIAL DRAGON ROAR!!"
There was a sudden green blast as Izuku and the Nomu was blasted away, opposite from each other.
The Nomu couldn't get back up as only its bare chest and head remained, keeping it an inch away from death. The regeneration was dampened as it was regenerating very slowly. It was incapacitated for now.
Deku, however, was completely fine other than a few scratches on the armour. He got up and started at the villain. The current Incursio user then said, "What's your name, villain?"
"It's Tomura Shigaraki! And I'll say, you use your Imperial Arms well...!" The villain now reavers as Shigarki said. Izuku was shocked to know it was an imperial arms instead of a quirk. "Wonder how I know? Well you see... infact let me show you...!"
He then pulled a sword from his sheeth. It was a black short sword with a handguard and a chain link tassel on the hilt. The blue haired villain took off the hand in his face, showing his identity and putting the and in his pocket, barley fitting in. Then, with all his might, Shigarki stabbed the sword into the ground and shouted,

"Carnage Incarnate: Grand Chariot!!"

. Izuku was shocked to hear those words as he saw Shigaraki transform into Grand Chariot.

Without warning, the user of Grand Chariot charged at Izuku and punched him in the gut, sending him up into air and Shigarki flew up with his Teigu behind the hero-in-training, higher and then preforms a drop kick down.
"GRAND FALL!" Shigaraki exclaimed as Izuku was kicked all the way back to ground level. The green haired hero's armour was freaked from head to toe. His mask was completely broken and the back of his armour had a hole. Deku was being defeated.
"This is the complete version of Incursio. Grand Chariot! Incursio is a mere prototype. I'm stronger!" The villain said as he laughed. The evil Imperial Arms user then kicked Izuku, sending the the U.A student flying and back into the shipwreck zone as he was left to drown.
The hand villain laughed but suddenly got in one knee as started to cough uncontrollably. He then de-transformed as he got up and smiled creepily.
"Yes... I'm getting stronger..!" He thought as the Nomu, who was fully regenerated, walked up to Shigaraki. "I see your fully regenerated. Good. Now kill all those kids as I'm out of energy."
Little did Shigaraki know, Ochako snuck past him and dived into the water to save Deku. He was her best friend. Ochako couldn't let him die right then and there!
"I still have to...I... never mind! Just save Izuku!" Ochako thought as she saw Izuku and touched him and herself with Zero Gravity to float up to surface. (A/N: Gravity still works in water, right? So if Ochako was to touch herself or somebody else in water, they would float up, right? Just an theory.)
As soon as both of them reached the surface she released the both of them, land inf them on the ground.
Izuku started cough by big out water as he slowly started to wake up.
Back to Shigaraki
Before the Nomu could charge at the U.A students, The Symbol Of Pesce: All Might appeared!
The Nomu and All Mught fought, exchanging punches after the other and All Might won by giving a DETROIT SMASH, blasting the Bimu out of the USJ and making sure it would not get back up.
More heroes arrived in the scene as Shigaraki and the purple villain, revealed as Kurogiri, retreated.
But feverish they could, Deku shouted, "SHIGARAKI!! NEXT TIME, I'LL BEAT YOU FOR SURE AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOU IN TARTARUS!! YOU Cough HEAR ME!!"
Shigaraki had a schooled expression but laughed.
"Yeah right. Next time... I'll kill you for sure..!" The blue haired villain said as he disappeared along with Kurogiri.
