Sokka's Realisation (Sukko)

Suko Part 4

As I walk back to the main room I see Suki walking there too. I should call out and run to her. What am I waiting for? "Suki!" she turns around to face me, a smile comes across her face. "Sokka, I was looking for you.". "Oh, sorry I went to..." Wait Zuko said not to tell anyone I was with him. "You trailed off, and this isn't your first time. Are you ok?". "Yeah I think so. Sorry for last night I was rude to you and you didn't deserve that." "Thanks for apologising, but really I am worried about you.". What should I say, but I don't have to she speaks again? "No, your not ok. Do you have a headache or a stomach ache? You should go to your sister to see if she can help." "I am not going to see my sister." "Why not." "Because it would be embarrassing!". "Oh get over that, you need help.". "What are you guys talking about?" Oh great just what I need! "Hi Aang. What are you doing here?" I ask. "Well, wait no I asked you a question first.". But before I can even respond Suki says "I was telling Sokka that, he needs to see Katara because he is sick." "I don't need to go to Katara!". "I agree with Suki. You have been acting really weird lately." "Oh well thank you Mr Wise Avatar.". "You should see her now." "No" "Yes" "No" "Yes" "No" "Yes". "Will you two stop fighting!" I can't believe Suki shouted. I am not sick, I just need time to think. I don't know why I don't say it. Maybe because I don't want them to know what I am thinking about. But what do I do? "Sokka please go to see your sister, it might help." She isn't wrong it can't hurt to go and just see her. "Fine, but let it be known I don't want to go.". As we walk I start thinking, What if I make a break for it now? But before I can run we see Katara. "Katara!" Why is Suki shouting today? "Yes?" Why is Katara shouting today? Why do I have a headache? "Sokka is wrong." What was that Aang "What's new?" they are all laughing "Hey, Hey, Hey. I will leave now.". "Fine, Sokka is sick. He has a headache or stomach ache or something. You tell her sweetie." Why does she calling me sweetie sting. "Umm, I guess I have a headache.". "Ok, I have just the thing for that. Come with me.". We walk down the hall into a room that is dusty and looks like a storage cupboard. Katara looks up and down the shelves. "Ummm. Oh here it is!" She grabs a small bottle of green liquid. "What is that?" "It is water from the foggy swamp." "And what are you gonna do with it?" "Well it can soothe your headache but if it is a deeper matter then it can help work out your problem. Though I have never actually used it.". "Well maybe we shouldn't do it if you haven't done it to someone else." I try to walk out but Aang is behind me. "Oh Sokka stop being such a wimp." "I am not a wimp!" am I? "Let's go to a different room. One with more... room.". We exit the room, if I run as fast as I can now they might not catch me. I pretend to trip over and then ran the other way. I got about halfway down the hall before I felt a large pull from behind. Aang had was pulling me back towards then. I can't go forward. I am getting pulled backwards, I look behind me, I see a glow. Is Aang in the Avatar state? I lift my leg to take a step forward, but I trip and go flying backward. The wind stops, and Katara grabs me. They drag me into a large room with several cushions and seats. They put me on a chair. "Ok, this will help. And don't move if you do I might mess up." "Wow, words of encouragement much." "Ok, start already". Katara bends the green water out of the jar, she splits it in two and puts it on her hands, it glows. She put's both of her hands around my head. I feel it seep into my skull. It doesn't hurt, it is actually kind of soothing. I start seeing flashes of Suki and Zuko, I see me and Suki together kissing but I then I see Zuko and I kissing as adults! "Augh! Stop!" I scream. "No, I can't if I stop now it might damage you permanently.". The flashes continue, I see more of Suki and Zuko. I see them at the beach, in robes, fighting, blushing, hugging. Then Katara says "What if I just bend it this way?". She twists the water and it goes backwards and deeper. I then come to the realisation that I am attracted to Suki but also Zuko. And that Suki is attracted to me but Zuko is also attracted to me. I relax. "Did that help?" Katara asks "Are you feeling better?" Aang asks, "You might want to relax and lay down." Suki gives me a concerned look. "I uh, feel good, better, but tired. I am going to go to my room.". I get up walk out the door.
