"SOMEONE! Please help!!"

"SHUT UP!!" She screamed.

The poor terrified girl snapped her head to the direction of the voice. Her hands were tied to the chair while her legs were tied together so tightly, to prevent her from running. Her body was bruised and bloody, her sweat made her stench worse. Her hair wet and dirty. Her eyes were covered to avoid seeing her kidnapper.
Her sobs just made her kidnapper angrier.

Another painful and harsh lash from the whip hit her making her to scream out loud in pain and agony.
No one could hear her.
She started to cry, with all the strength she had because that's all she could do. Her blindfold was removed and she looked up with her glossy blue eyes.
"Who are you? And what do you want from me?" The girl croaked.

Maddie smiled like a crazy lunatic in response, brought a chair and sat down right in front of her catch. They stared at each other.
"Your business with me isn't important... I know your name: Ava Forestwood. Right?" Maddie said.

Ava nodded frantically.
"Ma'am, please don't kill me, I'll do anything, please. I'm begging you in the name of God"

Maddie scoffed. "God? What God? The one in the sky?" She laughed in such a mocking voice.
"You better stop wasting your time, your God is on mute right now, if he can't save you from me"

Maddie stood up and moved the chair away. "and besides, why now are you calling God? God doesn't help the sinners, he hates them. He hates me, he hates both of us! Ava, you knew that what you were doing was wrong. Right?"

Ava didn't answer.

"RIGHT??!!"

"YES!! I knew! I knew!"

Maddie laughed. "How can a girl so young as nineteen years old be going after men that are almost to the their thirties? Pretty nasty if you ask me. And now you want to take my man away from me, my Ken Stone?"

Maddie held Ava's  face by the cheeks, who's skin had gone completely pale.
"You should be ashamed of yourself."
"What's  your occupation?" Maddie asked her.

"A re-receptionist" Ava stammered.

Maddie was surprised and held Ava's shoulders from behind.
"Ahh! A receptionist? No wonder! That's how you know Ken. He must have gone to where you work, wanted to sign in or something and then he met you. He met an ugly, stupid slut."

Ava's tears dropped like a waterfall. How did she managed to get into this mess?
All this because of a man? What Maddie was saying wasn't even accurately true.
Ava wasn't a slut, she had just met Ken by chance, and yes, she liked him but did not sleep with him.
She is a christian.

"Tell me Ava, what is it that you see in my Ken, that just draws you closer to him? What is it that makes you attracted?, that makes you want to burst into fireworks?" Maddie whispered in Ava's ears.

"His beauty? His money? His fame? His unique sense of touch, or is it just the way he makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Is it that he touches you? Tell me, what do you do that makes him run to you everytime?"

Ava's lips trembled when she opened them. Nothing came out. She was trying to say something, anything... but her fear and anxiety wouldn't let her.
Maddie's patience was tricked by Ava's suspense and in anger, she sent a heavy slap to her face. Ava took a deep breath and just cried more and louder.
"TELL ME!!!"

"I don't know!! I don't....please!" Ava stammered in between sobs. Her lip was now bleeding, she was injured.

"You're very stupid. I swear I'm going to break you to make you talk" Maddie said as she turned to the other side of the room aiming for her crowbar leaning on the wall. Ava cried and begged for her to stop.
