The Trick

The sun rose out of it's horizon showing nature's beauty with a small neighborhood, the morning birds chirping to a beautiful rhythm on a tree near the room window of a beautiful young woman. A little ray of sunlight peered in her room through the window, as it showed the white and peach colored room. Pictures of people and posters hanged on the walls.

Light touched the woman's face as she fluttered her blue eyes open. Turning to the window, she smiled at the beautiful sight. She laid her sight on the small portrait on her bedside drawer. She took it in her hands as she smiled at it.
It was her and her fiancé, Ken Stone in their engagement party last year.

Ken Stone is the CEO of a successful company named Mystrex Cooperations, for five years since his father retired, in New York City. He is every man a woman or even possible any teenager could think of to spend their lives with. He was every girls dream.
Even his sight alone could make you faint. Indeed, this young beauty was very lucky to have him.

His grey green eyes and black sleek hair could put a spell on anyone. He is also one of the greatest millionaires in the world.

Her and Ken have been dating for almost four years now and decided to seal the deal seven months ago. Ken's family agreed for the both of them to get married after February.

Linda's parents had passed away in a car crash, so she had been with her wicked aunt the whole time but now she was living an independent life. She worked independently in a cafe in her neighborhood.
Even if she could provide her own wealth, Ken still showered her with riches.

The beautiful young woman really loved Ken. She had been waiting for the day of the special month; the month of true, kind, good love.

She happily sighed and kissed the forehead of her lover on the picture and dropped it back in its place. She got up from bed, did hee morning prayers and entered in the bathroom.

Linda Rose, a woman in her early twenties, was going to make sure that this Valentine was going to be extra special.
She has blue eyes, brown golden long hair, and a very fit body with the curves in all the right places.

Linda is the nicest girl anybody could meet. She is a very likable woman, known for a her generosity, her good manners, her nice nature and most of all her unique beauty. She was a woman of her own mind and opinion. She wasn't one to go with the crowd, but always spoke her mind. She is every girls' model while for some, not so much.
Her relationship with Ken (even if she talked to Ken against it) was known all over NYC. People envied her since the day she got famous, dating the all handsome, charming, wealthy Mr Ken Stone. Everyone wished to be her even when Linda enjoyed her simple life.

She was a woman that liked her style. She wasn't born with a silver spoon so she was born with humility despite all the troubles she went through. When she had problems she had one person to always look up to: God Almighty.

And of course...Miss Greene.
Miss Greene was a woman in her late thirties who was the cook that Ken hired for Linda. Not like linda couldn't cook, but for Ken worried Linda might be working too much. Either way Linda helped with chores in the weekends when she had break from work.

At first, Miss Greene never liked Linda because sadly, she had worked for the previous girlfriends of Ken who treated her like a servant. In revenge, Miss Greene always laughed when they didn't end up with a ring on their finger.
Miss Greene wasn't married and for the first few weeks she worked for Linda, Linda showed massive respect for her.

Linda saw her as an elder and not a worker and because of that Miss Greene in return respected her. They built a strong bond and Miss Greene was like the parent Linda longed for.
That's why after God, Miss Greene came second.
