"I'm going to the shops. " I called out to no one in particular, Mary yelled something back along the lines of "alright".
I picked up my bag and headed downstairs and out the house.
My house was near the Center of town , making it a easy walk to school and any shops we wanted.
I pushed the shop door open and was greeted by the small bell.
"Ah , Yn!" The bright old lady at the roll looked up at me.
"Hey eria " I greates the sweet lady. She has run this book shop since I moved here. Me and sayaka used to come here every Friday after school untill about 7 months ago.
"Still no sayaka?" She asked me as I walked up to the shelf my books were normally on.
"Nah , Linda mad at her to be honest. " I responded , looking threw the shelf.
"What did she do dear?" Eria asked me.
"She bunked on me ... again. " I sighed picking up the book I wanted and walking to the till.
"Tsk... you need to stop meeting her then. If she's never going to turn up.." eria looked annoyed as she scanned the book I passed her.
I gave her the money and picked the book up. "I want to... but I really like her. No matter what she does. "
"Love can be painful my dear .."eria smiled at me. "Have a good day sweetie. "
"You to eria!" I called out , leaving the shop.
As I stepped out the shop , I felt light rain hit my head. I put my book in my bag and pulled out my rain coat.

I walked along the road path, the smell of the rain mixing with the concrete lingered in the air.
"Hey - Yn is that you?"
I turned around confused. Runa was walking out a game shop.
"Oh , hey Runa. " I gave her a small wave.
"You missed a huge gamble yesterday! Sayaka-"
"-I know. And in all honesty , I don't give two fucks what she does anymore. " I snapped , turning back around and walking away.
"Right-?" Runa shrugged and walked back into the game shop.
