me and my boyfriend were currently shopping and we were both enjoying each other's company very much.

"how about this one y/n?" noah said, holding a dress up to my body.

"that's so nice!" i say, grabbing the dress and checking the label at the back.

i sighed when i looked at the size.

i'd always struggled with my weight and it affects me a lot.

noah noticed my sudden change in emotion and tilted his head in confusion.

he looked down to see me holding onto the dress.

tears formed in my eyes, creating a glass looking effect.

"you're perfect."

i looked up, surprised he said that.

"hm?" i asked, attempting to blink the tears away.

he brushed a strand of hair behind my ears and kissed my forehead lightly.

"don't worry about size. it doesn't matter. you're a perfect size. you'll look great in the dress and this one will fit you." he softly said, wiping the tears off my face and showing me the same dress in a different size.

my eyes lit up and i smiled at noah.

"i love you." i said, burying my head into his chest, as he rubbed my back in circle motions.

"i love you too." he whispered into my ear, making my heart want to explode.

"come on, i'll pay for this."

"what, noah no!" i began to protest but noah cut me off with a quick kiss to the lips and dragged me to the counter to pay.

"hi there!" the lady at the counter said happily.

"hiya!" noah replied, looking at me and smiling.

"this is for you?" the woman asked, gesturing to me.

i nodded shyly.

"it will look great on you! the colour really suits your hair colour! wish i was still your age, enjoy it while it lasts!" she said, folding the dress to place in a bag.

"yes it will." noah agreed, smiling back at me.

"thank you! that's ever so kind of you!" i say, smiling whilst looking directly at noah.

"card or cash?" the woman asked.

"card." noah replied, reaching into his pocket.

"a gentleman i see. he's a keeper." she whispered loudly, making me giggle.

noah just laughed along and smiled.

"have a great day! and remember enjoy your teenage years!" she said, handing me the bag.

"thank you, you too!" i smiled, waving bye to her.

noah nodded his head to say bye and grabbed my hand to intertwine our fingers together.

best shopping trip ever.
