However, the community can change the lives of these animals for the better if they implement change. Education and awareness need to be spread through the community and then through the action of reporting it to the proper authorities, will get a better li
What Is the (Cursed) Animal Abuse?
I'm short on patience, and Animal Abuse something I do not stand for.
Animal cruelty encompasses a range of behaviors harmful to animals, from neglect to malicious killing. Most cruelty investigated by humane officers is unintentional neglect that can be resolved through education.
Intentional cruelty can run the gamut from knowingly depriving an animal of food, water, shelter, socialization or veterinary care to maliciously torturing, maiming, mutilating or killing an animal.
I can't write this. It's terrible. Let me tell you why (also this brings on from my last report on endangered animals.
Why (the cursed) Animal Abuse is A CONCERN!!!!!
All animal cruelty is a concern because it is wrong to inflict suffering on any living creature. Intentional cruelty is a particular concern because it is a sign of psychological distress and often indicates that an individual either has already experienced violence or may be predisposed to committing acts of violence.
Cruelty and neglect cross all social and economic boundaries and media reports suggest that animal abuse is common in both rural and urban areas. Intentional cruelty to animals is strongly correlated with other crimes, including violence against people. Hoarding behavior often victimizes animals.
Why would Anyone Treat Animals Like this?
There can be many reasons. Animal cruelty, like any other form of violence, is often committed by a person who feels powerless, unnoticed or under the control of others. The motive may be to shock, threaten, intimidate or offend others or to demonstrate rejection of society's rules. Some who are cruel to animals copy acts they have seen or that have been done to them. Others see harming an animal as a safe way to get revenge against—or threaten—someone who cares about that animal.
What Can I do to help FIGHT ANIMAL CRUELTY?
1. Be a responsible pet owner. Know about and full fill the needs of your pet. Don't just concern yourself with basic needs – give your pet positive experiences that really enhance its well-being.
2. Be an example of kindness to other pets. Foster a pet that has suffered abandonment. Sadly, many pets are relinquished to shelters for various reasons. Foster homes help these animals to recover and prepare them to move onto a new permanent loving home.Intervene if you witness animal cruelty, abuse or neglect.
3. Do what you can to stop someone from mistreating an animal. However, be sensible and don't put yourself in danger. If necessary, seek help from other witnesses.Report animal cruelty, abuse or neglect. If you witness any form of animal cruelty, report it to the police or other authorities.
4. Act immediately to prevent further cruelty.
5. Demand stricter laws for the protection of animals. Stronger animal welfare laws and harsher penalties will lead to fewer cruelty cases.
6. Shelter an animal in need. You can be the helping hand that an animal need. An animal that has been mistreated needs support, sometimes immediately. You can make a real difference by taking an animal out of a harmful situation.Consider that neglect of animals can be closely linked to domestic violence. Animal abuse and domestic abuse are often closely connected. By reporting your suspicions, you may also be helping both the animal in need and the family concerned.
7. Educate people around you about the issue. Help people to understand that they can intervene in situations where animals are being neglected or even tormented. Animals have a right to live without fear or pain, and we have a responsibility to step in if their rights aren't respected.
8. Offer help to people who are overwhelmed with their animal. Animals aren't necessarily neglected out of a lack of love. An owner may not have the psychological resources to provide an animal with the appropriate care. Whatever the reasons may be, an affected pet must be removed from a place of neglect and given the care it needs to live and thrive. Any help you give to an animal may help a human too.
9. Please notify us if we missed any notices. WE WILL ADD ASAP!!
Conclusion
In conclusion, animal abuse is wrong because the animals can die, can have many problems, and be affected their whole life. If you have problems and need to deal with them, you should not take it out on the animal. Animal abuse is cruel, should not be done and is a horrible act of violence to commit.
