We live in a world where Soulmates are a thing, and each soulmate has a matching tattoo. As it turns out, I happen to be soulmates with a korean kpop idol. Like, a really FAMOUS idol. Not that I mind, he seems nice, but you know...I'm not the type...
Hoseok came to wake us up in the morning, and did so by squealing at our position. I cracked my eyes open and snarled at him, making him jump back, shocked and a little bit scared. I closed my eyes and hugged my Kookie again, and just as I was about to fall back asleep-
Seokjin barged in, smacking his pink sandals together and making a ruckus. Well, I was completely awake at this point. Why not have a little fun?
I waited until he got a little bit closer, then lunged at him, showing my naturally sinister-looking teeth. Since my canines are ridiculously low, they look a lot like vampire teeth. It's a really cool feature to have, especially when it comes to scaring dorks.

Oh boy, he shrieked so loud! I couldn't help but laugh at him, clutching my sides and sitting back on the bed. Jungkook sat up and blinked blearily, looking around with a confused face.
We packed up and headed down to the lobby. I was chatting with Joon, but when I saw the buffet they had for breakfast, I trailed off mid-sentance.
They had watermelon. My eyes widened, and I tugged on his T-shirt.
"Oh my god, watermelon! I haven't had that in years. Did we pay for breakfast too?" I asked hopefully.
"Actually, we did. We have to be out of here in a half an hour though, can you eat that fast?" He looked to his right, where I had previously been standing. Of course, I was no longer there, but loading a plate with food.
Martie idled next to me and stole chunks of fruit off of my plate, earning her a dirty look.
"Yah! Get your own!" I cried, smacking her fingers away. As soon as I turned away, someone else reached in and nabbed one. "YAH!" I screeched, whacking the offending hand. "Mine!" I protested.
"What, you're not going to share with your soulmate?" Jungkook pouted.
"Nope," I deadpanned.
"Share or else I'll tell everyone about last night." He teased, wiggling his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes, dipped my fingertips into my water, and sprayed him in the face.
"I'll share because I'm a nice human, not because I care if they know I cuddled you after you had a nightmare." He pouted, but nibbled on the fruit nonetheless.
~After breakfast~
We loaded into the van, and started on the two-hour drive to the dorms. It was quiet, but nobody felt like talking to fill the void.
I plugged in my earbuds and played Ghost by Au/Ra and Alan Walker on loop. The haunting beat filled my ears and drifted around my skull.
I closed my eyes and entered my mind.
Lately I been feeling like a ghost...
I wake up in a graveyard
I call my friends but ain't nobody home...
I wave my hands in front of people's faces, but they look right through me
I tell myself I'm fine, but I don't know...
I touch my mother's arm, but she shivers violently and collapses to the ground, sobbing
I'm just scared that I'll end up,
I'll end up,
I'll end up
Alone
I'm gone
Jimin is shaking my arm, we're here. I must have fallen asleep.
