Chapter 19

Seungmin hummed in response, kissing him back. He honestly missed the feeling of kissing the older but didn't want to admit it.

Lee Know brought the kiss down to Seungmins collar bone, leaving small love marks on the younger's skin. He pulled away and stared at the expression Seungmin was making, feeling attracted to the younger and continued the kiss into a deeper one then before.

Just when Seungmin thought that Minho was going to stop, he continued and Seungmin kissed back, feeling the older's fangs graze against his tongue.

Being unable to separate himself from the heated moment Lee Know bit Seungmin's bottom lip slightly, not enough to hurt him, but enough to make it bounce back when he loosened his fangs from it. "Why," He exhaled. "Why do I feel like this?" Minho huffed.

Seungmin panted, attempting to catch his breath, also not having an answer to Lee Know's question. When he finally caught his breath, he looked up at the older.

"I want to ignore you but I can't, I don't know why this is so hard. I haven't felt this way since," Minho paused. "Since Jae was alive." He looked down, tears forming at the edge of his eyes.

"I-I'm sorry..." Seungmin tried comforting the older by patting his shoulder lightly.

Minho took one big gulp, as if it were his feelings that went away with it and looked Seungmin in the eyes. "I'm sorry, you should be home right now, I'm cancelling the dismissal paper, you get to keep your job, I'm sorry." Minho began crying, not being able to stop his tears anymore.

"Don't cry..." Seungmin said, wiping the older's tears. "I don't like seeing you cry." He whispered.

Minho held his breath, trying to keep any more tears from falling, he let a deep exhale out. "I should wipe your memory of me, and leave this country permanently, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm so confused, I don't know why i'm being like this." He said. Minho mentally scolded himself, not understanding his own feelings.

"I can leave right now if you want..." Seungmin said, standing up already.

"How can you do that!" Minho pushed Seungmin up against the wall in anger. "How can you just leave so easily, while i'm crying because of you. Why can't I do that?" He shouted, his arm tightly pressured over Seungmins chest. "Why are you doing this to me?"

Seungmin started feeling tears form as well. "I can't leave you, that's the thing. If I actually meant what I said when I said I could leave, I wouldn't have faked being compelled so I couldn't forget you. I don't want to leave your side." Seungmin whispered.

"I want to be with you." Minho said, surprised at his own sentence.

Seungmin was silent for a bit before finally saying something. "I want to be with you too but, didn't you say that would be bad or something?" He said.

"It's something I didn't tell you, someone I didn't tell you about actually." Lee Know said, loosening his grip on Seungmin and letting his arm drop back down to his side. "If he finds out about you, he'll kill you for sure. Anything that matters to me he'll try to get rid of, it's not the first time." He ran a hand through his own hair, taking stressful paces back and forth.

Seungmin walked away from the wall and stopped Minho when he was close enough to the younger by hugging him. "Do you still want to be with me if that's the case?" Seungmin whispered.

"I'm not sure, I don't know if I kissed you because I just kissed you out of boredom or what, i'm not sure of anything right now other than the fact that you're in danger." Minho held Seungmins hand which was around his stomach.

"Well, I don't want to die." Seungmin finally broke down after all of that emotionless talk he was doing beforehand. "I acted like I wasn't scared, but I really am." He said.

Lee Know turned around and hugged Seungmin, putting a hand behind the younger's head. "I won't let anything happen to you because of myself, if you betray me again though I don't know what i'll do. I'm giving you a chance Seungmin, take it."

Seungmin nodded and leaned his head onto the older's shoulder. "I promise I won't betray you again." He said, his words being muffled from the shirt he was leaning his head against.

Lee Know didn't respond but instead made the difficult decision to place his trust in Seungmin again. "I know a way for him not to kill you," He said, not wanting to have suggested this but did it anyway for Seungmins safety.

"What is it?" Seungmin asked.

"The thing is, my family is a line of Vampire hunters, I was the last one to be born before the family line ended. My father killed the brother of a close friend of mine at the time, in revenge he promised me that he would make my life a living hell forever, which he has because i've been on the run for three hundred years now. He want's a human to sacrifice to use in this whole ritual type thing that you won't understand yet. The only way for you to avoid this is if I turn you into a vampire." Minho said. "This is a life changing decision and i've told you about the cons to being one, it's up to you to decide your own future."

"I'll do it," Seungmin said. "If it means I can be with you and not live in fear, I'll do it." He replied seriously.
