I looked at Reign, taking in the way her body was crouched low to the ground and sighed. So much for training today. I shifted, pulling sweatpants and a tanktop that said "I never liked you anyway" on it out from the bag I had been carrying and threw them on. I knew Reign wouldn't shift back, the anger radiated off her body and I was sure people in China could feel it.
We walked quietly towards the boys, staying hidden behind the trees that surrounded us and used our hearing to our advantage. "They don't even know that we're their mates, you idiot! Neither of them are eighteen yet!" It was definitely Ashton, I knew that voice anywhere. I looked at Reign again, seeing confusion in her eyes exactly like my own.
~Mates? Hold the phone, bro!
* Nic, we need to go. We're ganna be late for school. We'll talk about it later, I promise.
I huffed at her but turned around, only to have my foot catch on a branch making me fall.
*God, Nic, they're looking this way!!!!
~Geez, not my fault the stupid branch hates me today! Maybe we can stay still long enough to wait them out.
*Smart plan!
Reign shifts back and changes into a shirt, shorts, a super cute green hoodie, an red fingerless gloves. She was holding her heels in her hand, because you can't wear heels in the woods.
We were just crouching there when, I noticed they were walking towards our position. I looked at her, and she looked at me. We just booked it and ran back to her place.
*Reign's POV*
Dang, why are they in my training place. Oh, well we'll work on training in a different place after school.
I put on my heels, and we started our walking to school. We live a while away from school, but as wolves we like the journey.
I just hope Michael and Ashton aren't going to show up.
