Bringing Nic Home

After we shifted back, we headed to my house. Michael's friends, Calum, Ashton, and Luke, just so happened to see us.

"Oi, Loser how did you manage to make a friend!" Luke called.

"Your the loser. I mean you're trying to be punk and it's so not working!" Nic called back.

"Ooh, how did you manage to make a friend that actually knows how to talk?" Calum says.

"Um, guys like I told Michael: just leave me alone! I don't care anymore! You can yell at me, kick, hit, punch me or whatever, because I honestly don't care! So, leave me alone!" I scream. After that Nic and I walk home talking about pickles and applesauce.

Nic's POV

I can't believe she didn't at least halfway shift to scare them. They looked scared at her yelling.

I was ready to shift and snap their necks. All except one. He didn't make a sound. He looked genuinely sorry and upset. He looked straight into my eyes and I felt a connection that I've never felt before. It was like magic.

Her house was quite far away. It was kind of small and back out in the woods. It was still beautiful in a rustic-like way. On the inside it was really fancy.

"It's an illusion. Small on the outside, huge on the inside. My parents were rich, but I'm a wolf so I'm never here." She spoke like she read my mind, "I did read your mind I have special powers."

Ahhh! She must be part witch, "No, I'm not. You have the same powers; you probably haven't unlocked them yet."

Woah. I have powers.

Reign's POV

I'm so glad I'm done with those posers. Nic is really cool, and I'm determined to help her unlock her wolf powers. I just hope that the bullies stop.

I show Nic to her room and let her settle in. I go to the kitchen and make dinner.

I make 4 homemade pizzas. 2 for me and 2 for Nic. We wolves get really hungry.

Nic came down, and we ate. "Let's go to the mall, Reign!"

"Fine but let me change first." I go up stairs and change into some bright neon blue ripped skinny jeans and a shirt that says "Waiting For Superman" with the Superman symbol behind it.

We take off to the mall.

We went to Hot Topic, Rue 21, and everywhere in between. I bought Nic a whole new wardrobe, because she didn't bring any clothes. She tried to protest, but it didn't work, because my parents were rich.

Everything I bought was skinny jeans, Peter Pan, Supernatural, Superman, and Batman.

We walked into Starbucks, and we ran it Michael and Ashton. Literally.
