hello once again to my wonderful readers! i'mback after finishing TRIH (if you haven't read that yet, you probably should, just sayin') with a brand new story, and this time it's a different genre!
get ready for hidden tracks, an espionage thriller with what i hope is an exciting plot, along with some romance thrown in for good measure!

but before we begin, i have to mention a couple of things:
× i've written 2 novels before this, but all of them are different in their own rights. of course, you all are absolutely allowed to have your own opinions about each book, but i'd appreciate it if you didn't compare them with each other.
× this story will contain mild swearing and sexual assault. i will put a trigger warning before the SA scene, but even if you do read it, it won't be too detailed.
× there will occasionally be dialogue in other european languages besides english, and i will put their translation in the inline comments. so you can look them up there.
× keep in mind this book is essentially a mystery/spy thriller, so i will be focusing mostly on that. of course, romance (hate to love ;) ) plays a key role, but it's not the main aspect of the story.
× all characters are fictional and any resemblance to any person, living or dead, is completely coincidental.
× i will write a lot about different places in europe and will try to describe them as accurately as possible, after doing ample research. but if any depiction/representation is incorrect, i apologise in advance.
× i will try to make my entire plot as realistic and believable as possible. however, since i'm not a special agent, and i know no one who is a spy, some subplots might be a bit unrealistic at times. so if you notice anything like that, please bear with it and call it wattpad.
× this story will feature some really frustrating characters and slow burn. if you're cool with that, then feel free to proceed.
× no 18+ scenes will be depicted here, so if you came looking for smut, sorry (not sorry) to disappoint. BUT there'll be a lot of feels, i promise :)
× since this is a spy thriller, the plot is obviously more complex than your everyday romance/teen fic. and this is my first time writing something like this. i've put in a lot of effort & thought into this book to make sure my story is as believable as possible, and without any plot holes. i've tried my level best to write in a way in which nothing gets too complicated. but i'm human, so there might be mistakes/plot errors, and if you find any, please point them out in a respectful way. i appreciate constructive criticism, but hate/disrespect is NOT okay.

× all the chapter titles have a common running theme. if you belong to a particular fandom it's pretty easy to figure out haha. let's see who can guess it first ;)
