One day, y/n and y/n/f were at a restaurant in Chicago, trying to decide what to order on the menu, when they both noticed a sorta sketchy man with black papers in his hands. "Um, what is that guy doing?" Y/n/f whispered. "I don't know.." Y/n replied quietly. They saw the man giving out the black papers to people.
Well, curiosity got the best of the besties, so when the guy came to greet them, walking toward their table, y/n/f said "Hi, can we help you?".
The man was shaking with the papers in his hands. "Do either of you know Waterparks or My Chemical Romance?" Y/n and y/n/f were shocked. Those were two of their favorite bands! "Yes, yes we do! W-why do you ask?" Y/n asked, completely shocked and surprised. "Well, I've got some tickets to see them, my family was going to go, but I accidentally bought the tickets for the wrong date, and they're not refundable." He said, shaking his head. "Would you like some? I've got 2 My Chemical Romance tickets and 2 Waterparks tickets for front row seats left. I'd hate for them go to waste." He told them. The besties were so excited and totally fangirling on the inside, trying not to faint. "Well sure!!" Y/n/f said, smiling. Y/n was too in shock to even respond, y/n/f could tell, as they knew y/n so well. The man looked at them, concerned since they weren't answering and just had their jaw dropped. "Is she okay?" The man said "Dont mind them, they're just anxious. Yeah, of course we'll take them! Thank you so much!" Y/n/f said. The man smiled, happy that he did a good deed that day and walked away, and sat his table in the back of the restaurant.
Y/n just was in complete shock. "Yo, y/n! Hello?" Y/n/f said, trying to get them out of shock and trying to get them to stop daydreaming. Y/n/f sighed and grabbed their glass of ice cold water and splashed it on y/n's face. "WHA- WHAT HAPPENED?!" Y/n said. "Well, its official, We're going to see Waterparks and MCR, bestie!" Y/n/f said.
